The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan Arvostelua 

Although I tried a number of different flavours I found the chocolate shakes were my favourite so I lost three stone having three chocolate shakes a day!
With the friendly guidance and support of my consultant I followed the Steps, adding food back into my diet and having less shakes so I could maintain my weight loss forever 🙂

I was really surprised to reach my target weight as nothing had worked so successfully for me in the past. I even managed to go beyond my realistic target weight to reach my dream target weight. If you are unsure, like I was. Don't hesitate. Give it a try. The meals are nice. My plan was easy to follow and my weekly weigh ins were relaxed thanks to Karen my consultant.

Best diet I ever did and I lost 6 stone on it and no nasty side effects just plenty of choice. I love the way you can combine it with everyday foods and everything is calorie counted for you. I still follow the plan in my everyday eating because it’s so easy and I’ve maintained my weight too.

The products were so nice and the plan was easy to follow the weight literally dropped off and I have been maintaining since loosing 4 stone after learning the way forward with portion control.

After several years of going around the local slimming clubs and failing I finally found a plan that working! I find this plan easy to follow and the meal replacements are all really tasty! No hunger at all! My energy levels have increased and feel totally amazing! I have a lovely consultant who is really supportive and motivating! Never ever have I got the results like I am with this plan! I definitely recommend The 1:1 Diet.

I was thinking about doing the 1:1 diet for a while, every other diet failed and I just wasn’t getting anywhere.
I first looked at the website which was very informative and I got excited to start. It was really easy to find a consultant near to me on the website.
To be honest they all sounded lovely! They had been on my journey and that made me feel comfortable.
My first appointment was amazing, it was like talking to a friend.
I loved the one to one face to face and my consultant put me at ease with any worries I had.
She made a plan for me and it was brilliant.
She touched base with me during the week and it was nice to have the support.
The products are really nice and it just didn’t feel like I was on a diet!
I did step 3 through my journey so I could have an evening meal with my family.
The app is fantastic, lots of recipes and I loved seeing my progress which was very motivating.

When I took the plunge to do The 1:1 Diet, I had no idea how much I’d enjoy it, I thought I’d scrape through like I’ve done on all the other diets, loose some weight but end up putting every pound and more back on but 3 years on there hasn’t been a single pound gained!
Everything about it I found so enjoyable, I loved every single meal replacement product, I looked forward to consuming them, no preparation, fuss free, low maintenance, the way it worked around life and work and how it was making me feel, inside and out, which is why I found it so easy to succeed and the icing on the cake were the incredible weekly results, in 14 weeks I’d lost 4 stone and a went on to loose a total of 6 stone, all in about 7 months.
The first week or two like any other diet is tough, but when I got my first weeks weighing, it just spurred me on for the next week and then on!
It was money well spent, you can’t put a price on your physical and mental health and this has changed my life completely, the confidence I have is incredible and loosing the weight has cured all my ailments, I feel amazing and I’d recommend this diet to anyone 100%

I can honestly say it's the best diet ever for quick, long term results!
So nice to have one to one support throughout to keep you on track. It's not easy to start with, you'll even think your crazy to attempt it but after a couple of weeks it gets easier and you never feel hungry!
I lost 5 stone and it's still off!

The plan is super easy to follow and there are different steps to follow so you will find one that suits you. You also get a consultant to support you and that gives you accountability! Plus i lost 4 stone in 16 weeks.

Experience with my consultant was great. The products are great, however, I think a few more savoury products would be great as there has been some now discontinued
