A lifesaver during a difficult period
I would like to express my gratitude to One Energy for their understanding through this current difficult time. I run a public house which is my livelihood and this year has been tough. The support that One Energy Has offered has been superb. No threatening harassing letters, late payment fees etc. They were even able to reduce my unit rate slightly and lower my Monthly payments considerably to account for minimal usage. They are always polite over the phone, they respond to emails promptly even at evenings and weekends. Utilities have been one less thing to worry about. Just a simple “pay what you can when you can” approach. Thank you again

Much better than previous supplier
I was stuck with a previous electricity supplier after a member of staff verbally agreed a contract over the phone which nobody could get us out of. Luckily One Energy monitored this for me and finally after 2 years of being stuck on high rates managed to transfer us over to themselves. This was 18 months ago and I’ve not had an issue since. My bills have come down and yes due to COVID it’s not as easy or quick to get hold of people like it was before but if you work with them I find they always help with any issues.
