Great service! Signed up, discounted and looked after. One energy have restored my faith in energy company’s. 10/10 would recommend.

Took everything out of my hands and brought my rates down.

One energy are great! I was due for a renewal and decided to shop around to which I found one energy.
I had dropped them over an email regarding prices and within 24 hours they had responded. the prices were the best around and agreed to go ahead with them, I'm now 7 months in and waiting until I am able to move my gas across to them aswell. for anyone who is in a similar position, I would highly recommend giving them ago!

This is the shadiest energy consultancy I've ever dealt with. They'll lure you in with great communication and customer service to get your name on the dotted line but once they've got that good luck trying to get in touch with your account manager. I've been emailing and calling what feels like a brick wall for 3 weeks now and I'm no further forward with my enquiry. Every time I call I'm met with a 'receptionist' who attempts to put me through but each time I'm told that my account manager is busy and that he will call me back but never does. I've sent emails to 3 separate people at One Energy and not one of them have replied. I have 5 meters with this company and I feel incredibly let down and disrespected. I've now passed my meters over to another consultancy to investigate on my behalf as I no longer have the energy or patience to do so myself. Terrible business practise from One Energy.

I’ve been using one energy for 3 years, I’ve had impeccable service from the start. Having a direct contact with an adviser from the start has made dealing with queries much easier than other companies I have dealt with. I now have several sites all over the UK with one energy and would highly recommend them to everyone.

James at one energy is brilliant, I own the Kenton hotel and he has helped me with bills, advise and he managed to get me 2 great deals in my gas and electric, really friendly and responds nearly straight away when I need advise or help with anything highly recommend thanks james

AVOID this company at all cost! Have all bank statements to show one energy taking over a £1000 per month out of our bank and have not been transferring it to our supplier (YU energy). YU energy have now switched the smart meter to a prepayment meter for failure to pay, We’re a busy pub and cannot function on a prepayment meter.

Not only have they done this they have also been taking more than the amount that YU energy have asked for each month. Also promised at the beginning when joining one energy that they’d get a refund for us on previous years over paid usage and guess what had absolutely nothing !!! SCAM company !

One energy have been great. I originally moved across because of a recommendation from a friend and I am so thankful of this. A discounted rate and regular communication too. Couldn’t ask for much more!

they starting managing my british gas account a couple months ago and they’ve made everything pretty simple which is always helpful. i have a budget plan that comes out every month. if i ever have a problem - which is very rare - my account manager is there to help.

Couldn’t ask for much more. Joined them early last year, thought I’d wait and see whether what people have previously said was true. I must say, I haven’t a bad word to say about anybody or anything at One Energy. Any time I email, I get a response within the day. Any documents I needed, they got sent out straight away. Can’t complain at all.

Been with this company a few months now so wanted to review after I've had experience with them..had a couple of issues with transfer From old supplier who had me stitched up with ridiculous high rates, with lots of help and emails from One Energy I've managed to get out of my old contract and almost halved my electric bill as now on sensible rates with these guys. Amazing really as lots of brokers over past few years told me no one could help me ! Anyway here I am now saving a fortune and I cannot thank the team enough. I'm looking forward to a reduction in my Gas bills too shortly which again was told I'm locked in. Recommend anyone in similar position gives these guys a go. Definitely recommend.

Jumped our unit price up without notice, and most recently keep taking invoice amounts without sending an invoice or at least any notice of taking the very large amounts- despite asking for this several times!

Can't wait until the fixed term has ended

Avoid this company. It’s a scam. Automatically started over charging me and now I have accumulated a huge credit on my account. No one has bothered to contact me to put this right. When I gave my termination notice I was sent an email by Martyn stating I won’t be able to cancel as I didn’t cancel my renewal in time.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

AS with a previous reviewers comments, I too was contacted by a company purporting to be able to save me money on my businesses water bills
I met with this guy, who did not mention water, but proceeded to tell me that One Energy would save my 5% off my current energy bills, so I signed up 2 of my businesses
DD was set up, which I ensured were paid, they had no problem taking the money from my accounts
I then noticed that I was unable to login in to my energy supplier accounts, with whom my Company had contracts in my company name, I was unable to login
I contacted the energy companies direct, by phone, and we managed to get them back with my logins, but it transpired that ONE Energy had managed to get my accounts changed so that only they could login, so I never saw an invoice from the energy supplier until I got the accounts back
I tried contacting One Energy on several occasions by email and by phone, and they eventually spoke to, completely avoiding any conversation about One Energy taking control of MY accounts
This all came to light, when I had a call from a supplier asking for me to pay bills I hadn't paid, so I paid over the phone so as to avoid any issues, obviously, One Energy hadn't been paying the bill, even though they took the money from my account
Ive since parted company with One Energy, and to ensure that everything married up, asked my accountant to look at it
It transpires that I overpaid them in excess of £12k!!
I tried contacting One Energy, but despite at least 10 calls, no one got back to, I sent several emails, no response
I sent an email to One Energy with all the info they need to investigate the outstanding and reimburse me
They replied, the same day, saying they would look into it, that ws over 2 weeks ago
I have phoned them, promise to call me back never happened
Interestingly, all I want to do is avoid court action, but looks like they aren't bothered.......Watch this space!

As a small business we were grateful to OneEnergy for agreeing to take on our high tariff electricity account, with the savings they have made our monthly payments are far easier to budget with. The help and advice we have received has been more than helpful in these expensive times.
