Omlet Arvostelua 

Absolutely loved our dog bed but decided to replace the cover. We got way too excited when the order came as loved the colour so chucked out the old original covers. Huge regret. The new bed cover doesn’t fit right at all, making the dog bed quite hard and look awful! Hoping this can be resolved asap.

Wir haben für unser Katzengehege einen Outdoorkratzbaum für über 500,00 EUR gekauft. Leider sind die Kissen (blau) trotz angebrachtem Regenschutz schon nach nur 6 Montaten ausgeblichen und was noch ärgerlicher ist, eingerissen. Leider hat uns der Kundendienst nicht weitergeholfen und uns nur mitgeteilt, dass diese Risse durch unsere Katzen entstanden sind, punkt. Unsere Katzen nutzen die Kissen jedoch nur zum Liegen und nicht zum kratzen, es handelt sich augenscheinlich um Materialmängel. Leider zeigt sich der Kundenservice sehr uneinsichtig. Ich werde bei Omlet aufgrund der schlechten Erfahrung nicht mehr kaufen. Ich hoffe sehr, dass der Rest des Outdoorkletterbaums hält, denn für diesen stolzen Preis für ein paar Plasteteile erwarte ich Qualität, die länger als 6 Monate hält und mehr Service, wenn es etwas zu beanstanden gibt.

Omlet is my go to shop for all things chicken. Bought coops, W.I.R's & all the other paraphernalia 12 years ago and they're still going strong.

Have quite a few of there products from the large Studio to there nest dog bed .... excellent products and really well made .
my only problem and this is one that i have had over the last 7 years of buying there products is that even washing the outer covers on all the beds on there recommended cool wash they always shrink .
i have just washed two of them this week and the same problem . no longer fit snug in the crate .

I bought an outdoor catio from them. The wire is quite thin and there are multiple places where the coating is missing so the underlying mesh will rust badly and the structure will fail. I complained and the advice was to dismantle the whole thing and send it back which we refused to do. I won't type what my husband said as it was him who erected it because my hands couldn't cope with fixings. The welds on the doors aren't at the correct angle so the doors don't close at you'd expect.

We used a lot of cable ties and protective tape to make it stronger and try to minimise abrasion taking even more of the coating off.

We hadn't opened the porch box at that point. We subsequently did and found exactly the same problem. I contacted Omlet and was told they'd replace it. I asked for the replacement to be checked for faults but was told they couldn't do it. Lo and behold the replacement had exactly the same issue.....

It's obvious the product is made in China :(

I also ordered the outdoor cat gym which has some idiosyncrasies in constructing but is pretty good hence the 2 star not 1 star review.

the customer service staff are very helpful - it's just a shame about the quality of the product...

The tofu cat litter is like dusty gravel! Nothing like the quality of other brands I've tried. 2 stars as it does the job just not well.

Great customer service ... love the fact you can move, rebuild, extend, add modules. Can be a bit complicated working out how to build stuff at times, but worth the effort.

Have two vertical poles that wont join, have sent video qnd multiple emails and go round in circles.

Will never order again

Have two of their coops and a huge run. Instructions were poor and the vertical poles.

Nestera products are better and customer service with omlet doesn't even meet basic consumer rights

An excellent product which is easy to order, can have multiple design opportunities, is well-made, solid and fairly easy to put together. The actual runs are straightforward (my hubby probably thinks I’ve underestimated here) with the outdoor cat trees being pretty tricky/fiddly but once we got the hang of it we were flying like pros!
The cats are getting used to their new outdoor space - not entirely happy as they’d been roamers before - and especially love the hammocks. We have now added a bench made from pallets and hubby is embarking on a wooden activity centre. The catio we’ve made is 5mx3m with three cat trees, ramps, scratching posts, hammocks, platforms and steps. The tunnels and towers run from our utility round plants, behind a shed and pond and into the catio which gives them chance to run up and down and continue to get good exercise.
We built the catio due to my increasing anxiety over their wandering and their safety crossing an increasingly busy ‘local’ road. They are still young enough (3) to adapt and live their lives safely for years to come.

Good price for cat bed, great choice of colours, washable cover, cat loves it, delivery was quick

The product,the ladies I spoke to and got help from,in customer services.
There were a problem or two but with there help and my helper we got anything we needed to get information we needed and all was good.
We love our Omlet run and I think the chickens have been in it since yesterday and seems very happy.

Les prix changent également régulièrement, par exemple la nouvelle porte automatique pour l'Eglu go peut être affichée à 179euros puis finalement 10 jours après 169 euros avec en plus 20% de réduction, donc en 10 jours vous passez de 179 euros à 135 euros pour le même produit.
Leur façon de faire sont pitoyables. Ils se justifient par leurs conditions générales. Si leurs prix étaient justes ils ne baisseraient pas aussi fréquemment.

Amazing cat bed, my cat loves it and has hardly got out of bed since it arrived! Looks super comfy.

The Omlet Go Up is a seriously tidy piece of kit. Very easy to put together and looks great! The website is full of helpful videos and the tech that allows you to "see" exactly how the coop will look in various places in the garden is a huge help to planning where to put it. Delivery was fast and straight-forward. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Decided to retrospectively add wheels and an auto door to Eglu Go Up coop which were ordered direct from the Omlet website. Goods were processed, dispatched and delivered in just a few days with good communication throughout. Easy to install and great additions to our chicken set up. Highly recommend this company and their products.

Poor quality item.
Poor customer service.
Polite emails that go round in circles.
Stuck with unwanted product.
Would never use again.
