PS5 Repair
Domestic and General arranged a repair for my PS5 with Ologic. The console was picked up the next day via courier and secured in a padded and sealed plastic box. I recieved updates from Ologic throughout the repair. The console was returned to me in just over a week. There was clear communication throughout and a full report on work carried out. Gary and Reece provided excellent customer service and gave the whole process a personal touch with how they communicated.
The PS5 is working perfectly!

Highly recommend!
I have used this company several times due to my boys being accident prone and constantly dropping their tablets. I would highly recommend this company who handle the whole repair from start to finish, including; having a dpd driver collect the tablet, keeping you up to date regarding the repair and then returning the tablet to your home. The company is always kind enough to include a packet of sweets for my kids and a new charging cable with the tablet each time a repair has been carried out. Highly recommend this company and thank you for your great service.

Matt and Gary were very helpful. I gave them my broken laptop, which they fixed and returned to me in pristine condition. They gave me a couple of extra wires alongside some sweets, which was a very nice touch. They communicated quickly too. Amazing service:)

Sent in my laptop for repairs through Costco warranty due to an issue with one of my fans. The laptop was repaired quickly in around 4 days, with them contacting DHL who was returning the laptop to delay delivery to a date that i would be able to pick up at my request, which was very helpful as i was unavailable to collect at that moment.

Had my Laptop repaired by Gary and…
Had my Laptop repaired by Gary and tested by Kevin. I had a fault with the mouse pad, works perfectly now, plus they identified other faults (e.g. USB port) that I had no idea about. All in all, it was a two week turnaround from reporting to my insurer to writing this review. I was kept updated by text at every step, from courier collection, diagnosis (not terminal, lol) parts update etc. The personal note wishing me a great weekend was just the icing on the cake. I felt they really took care and time to make the whole process smooth and calm. I got these guys by chance from my insurer, but I couldn't have picked a better repair service.

Shocking experience
Shocking experience. I sent my laptop off for repair due to a damaged lid and a single numerical key that wasn’t working. It took almost three weeks to be returned. When it finally arrived, it was in worse condition than before. The original numerical key still doesn’t work, and now none of the keyboard keys function at all.The laptop repeatedly prompts me to reboot using a code that cannot be entered because the keyboard has failed. Attempting to reboot using the mouse results in an error message, making the device unusable.It is clear the laptop was not properly tested before being returned, despite the paperwork stating otherwise. This level of service is unacceptable.

Excellent Experience. Highly Recommended
I had an excellent experience with Ologic. My Samsung laptop was repaired and returned much quicker than I expected. The packaging was incredibly secure, and my work laptop arrived in perfect condition.
What really stood out was that Lewis and Gary leaving a lovely note, a bag of Haribo and even a charging cable. It genuinely made me smile and showed they had taken real care with my repair.
Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Lewis and Gary who repaired my work laptop so quick. Your professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciate the excellent service and would happily recommend you.

AMAZING JOB
Wow. I sent my laptop of to repair as I had a missing key on the keyboard and to my surprise within days I got it back. When it came back it worked really well and even came with a mini Haribo packet and had a USB-C cable. Gary and Lewis really did a great job on this one. Well done guys.

I sent my laptop off to get fixed; it came back the following week. It was so quick. I was so shocked when I saw the most wholesome message ever written to me and my mum, it has made my day completely and i will never forget that. Not only did i recieve the sweetest message, as i unravelled the repair letter a new UCB cable fell out, along with 2 mini packets of Haribos. I was absolutely gobsmacked I've never experienced such kindness from strangers. Thank you so much Lewis and Gary, you really made my day. I wish you both nothing but the very best in life. :)

Fantastic Work and Great Customer Service
Had a laptop repaired through insurance claim and Ash and Gary had it repired and back to us within a day. Previous reper services would not do a complete reapair (missing keys) however this team did a full repair and great job. They took care knowing that the laptop was used by my son and even sent some sweets for him. This shows dedication to thier work AND the customer.
