Have had numerous repairs via this company for an array of devices. They kept me informed of the progress and process of the repair from start to finish.. have no complaint about recommending them to anyone.. they get the job done and quickly

Fantastic. Have an autistic child who loves his tablet. Easy to contact, small excess, but worth it. Kept informed all the time.

iPad repaired and returned within a week. It would have been returned quicker but the Easter holiday delayed things. Very happy with customer service and how quickly repair was completed

Honestly, the service I received was outstanding. I was kept updated throughout, with photos along the way, which I really appreciated. I’d highly recommend using these guys. My little lad is over the moon now that he can see his screen again, thank you so much!

IPad froze and was sent to Greenbridge. Returned after 10 days wit report stating it had been tested and was working. When I attempted to use it, it was exactly the same as when I sent it. Screen stating no recovery possible yet the report gave a list of everything tested and working. Called your helpline and explained the problem and was told I would have to call Domestic and General and send it back, but assistant was rather dismissive.
I took it to the local Apple Store where 5 recoveries were attempted to no avail. I purchased a new iPad and insured it with Apple and would not recommend you.

Sent my Alienware PC to them, they resolved the issue and returned the unit in a very quick space of time. Great communication and service.

3 jobs done by them
First was my tablet it now has a Strange mark on the screen
The second Laptop they wrote off (and supplied an inadequate replacement)
The third Laptop is still with them 🤦‍♂️
The people on the phone haven’t got a clue! Really hard to get any sense!

Was quick and easy

I thought it would be a nightmare experience but it was the opposite.My son is very happy too as everything is as good as new.Thankyou greenbridge.

So not the first time my insurance company sent my iPad to them and they are the worst company, it’s difficult to contact them and when you manage to they are “computer says no” type of people!
Interestingly they are not an authorised Apple company either so no official Apple components!

Little late collecting my microsoft surface pro 3. After screen cracked they removed screen and ordered parts then after 7 days deamed it un economicly unfixable. Very disappointing but communication was good and app updates was fair but reported as unfixable and now given a voucher that I can't get a replacement.

So taking the iPad in repair it had a dodgy battery the people from this company told me that the battery was fantastic in it where it wasn’t. This is the second time I sent it off to them. They tried to say that it was a charger. Tried to send it back with a brand-new charger, so I’ve got onto my insurance saying I wouldn’t have the iPad in I’ve had it fully tested by a iPhone technician and told me myself that the battery is need replacing

Excellent service throughout, from collection to repair and return of my laptop was excellent.

Pickup and delivery were prompt. Communication was fantastic.
