Shrimp was so bad I throwed up in the grass so bad when I was a kid same thing happened dont eat there shrimp. 😡🤢🤮🤮🤮

Graduation for our Granddaughter and she wanted Olive Garden. Our party originally was 10 but we had to add 4 more people. Our wait was originally 25 minutes which turned into 1 hour. I went in i was talking to 2 young ladies went the Manager intervene and was very rude and she was saying it was our fault. In customer service you never say it your fault. As we are taken in to our table our waiter was kind. Seat us they had salad on the table, later bread sticks later waiter came for our drink order. We eat salad bread stick then later sauce for bread. Later our orders. Please keep in mine we been there since 7pm 8:50pm all orders came except 1 order. Waiter said just a few mins. As we were waiting the last order came at 9:22pm. Before that waiter brings me a 25.00 gift card. I have managed before a party that big no matter what the manager should have came out to talk with us. Not oncedid she apologize for the inconvenience. Poor management, quality was poor, the only good service was the young man who was our waiter and was exceptional. To handle our table and do the best for us. Please give your manager some euqitte training, customer service traing as well. There is a thing we call team oriented!!!!

7 layer lasagna was short on sauces and cheese which made it mostly noodles, the meal was brought buy friends. After the death of our daughter. They upset when they saw it.

This is regarding the Olive garden at 1380 highway 65 in Fayetteville Georgia. Since when is it okay to take a woman's tip and fire her from her job when she has an autistic son and then call the police on her because she cried? What kind of people run a restaurant like this? I think that they owe her a public apology and her job and her money back they had no right to steal that from her and until then nobody's we're going to boycott them. We're going to give them bad publicity because they did her wrong and we don't appreciate that

Sunday Jun 7, 2026, I went to Olive Garden arriving shortly after opening. The table I was seated at looked like everything was in order. The book I brought with me stuck to the table. And the feel of the table to my touch was just off is the best way I can describe it. I was served promptly and the meal was what I expected. Thinking the cover of my book was the problem, on the way out I tried putting it down and sliding it on a couple of other tables. Slid quite well. I now call this the book slide test. As I left, I decided to tell the manager. 3 employees were standing and chatting at the front counter. I told them I'd like to talk to the manager. Short blond girl snickered and said she'd get him right away. She did not pick up the phone to call. She did not seek him out. Instead, she turned to the other two and continued talking to them. Seeing her response, I left without opportunity to express my disappointment to management.

This business is trash, and whoever runs that Fayetteville location is disgusting. Firing Brook Skyes the literal day after a customer left her a life-changing $700 tip on a $32 bill is pathetic, greedy power trip.

Oliver garden taking that woman's $700 tip and firing her also calling the cops on her shame on you. You've lost a lot more than $700 with the bad PR and customers hearing this who won't dine with you anymore.

How dare yall fire that poor single mom and not allow her to have her tip !!

Telling her to write zero on the receipt then firing her the next day when she gets upset? She’s a single mom trying to provide for her autistic kid and you still took her money because it’s never enough for you greedy fk.

Went for Sunday lunch. Ordered entree and soup. Entrees were cold. Soup tasted "funny" and my daughter's second bowl had no gnocchi in it -only 1 small piece of chicken. The waitress was embarrassed and harried but did the best she could. Will not be returning. The quality of the food has gone down and it seems the prices have gone up.

Happy Mother’s Day! I asked for extra sauce on the side and they left the noodles bare and gave me enough sauce on the side for about ten noodles. So much for me not cooking today guess I’ll go see if I have some Ragu

Service was great, place was clean. Servers very polite and considerate. My complaint is the food, soup was bland with little flavor. So was my friends soup very bland. Bread sticks were cold and no butter on them like there used to be. Very disappointed.

My wife and I had a great dining experience. Adriana, our waitress, was very attentive to our needs. We asked for a few modifications be done to our dinner selections and our waitress took care of them with no problems. Would visit that location again in the future:

Ordered the $20.49 grilled chicken alfredo and was extremely disappointed because the pasta had about one tablespoon of alfredo sauce whie the grilled chicken was plumped up with what tasted like salt and water. The grilled chicken had a texture like jello within it.

I ordered fettuccine Alfredo. And received a very small portion. We go to Olive Garden several times a month one of my favorite restaurants. I complained this isn’t the portion I normal get. The manger refused to do anything about it. I didn’t want it free just charge me for what I received. I have pics to prove

My husband and I went to Olive Garden in Lakewood yesterday, I have Celiac disease so need accomodations for a gluten free meal. VERY IMPORTANT. I ordered their Gluten sensitive meal on the menu and stated I needed that because of a medical need. Right away, the lovely server, Alex, assured me, I had no worries. And, my meal was followed by, in fact, even prepared, by Fabby, the manager. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!

Great food - went there for my Daughter's birthday and the food was really great! Hadn't been to Olive garden for many years but this made me remember how good their soup was and the Ravioli...
