Olive Garden Arvostelua 

Recently opened Olive Garden at Vaughn Mills doesn't take reservations. A birthday group of 11, and we are told it's an hour wait. We wander the mall for 15 minutes and are texted that the table is ready. The largest table is 6 people. They offer us 2 tables in completely different parts of the restaurant. We would like our group to sit near each other at least. Oh, then the wait will be longer. The hostess (who really tried her best) puts us in a booth, promising we will get the booth next to us. They give it away. The rest of the group arrives and it sat in a different area (which had just been vacated by an additional table of 6, but they don't even offer that to us). We order an app and drinks which arrive some 20 minutes later. My friend orders Diet Pepsi - they give her Pepsi Zero. The app is very very salty. The breadstick are very salty. The salad that comes with the entree (which was also very greasy and salty) is wilted and browned and the tomatoes are mush. We are never offered any additional salad). One of our group orders a Bellini and is brought a drink in a fluted glass. Who knows what it was. As for soft drinks we had to remind the waitress multiple times for drink refills.
At one booth we finish our meal, while the rest of our group is only then being given their food.
All these mess ups on the part of the restaurant and they didn't even offer to comp a drink.
Vaughn Mills has an extensive food court. Go there. Food is probably better.

Our waitress was rude and disrespectful cutting me off being dismissive changing to a tone that’s intolerable of someone in the service industry to my daughter and I. We could not stay and enjoy a meal at this “family” restaurant. I cancelled our order and offered to pay for drinks with the mgr as the waitress Angela walked by side-eyeing me seemingly contented that mgmt would do nothing and she continued to challenge them and me. She is a liability to this company and doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Stay away from this Covington location.

all good except the Manager ... if the Olive Garden wants to excel business in India, having a manager with a "Jail Warden" attitude at the first location might not be the right start ... good luck in India, I do like the restaurant in USA and visit frequently.

We ate lunch at Olive Garden in Rivergate today and it was perfect! The Shrimp Fritto Misto never disappoints! Our server, Nique, was amazing! She may have been the best server we ever had❣️ She had a big smile and treated us like family! We love Olive Garden! We have met the manager, Brian Salamone, who has been at this location for many years and he is always very personable and professional!

My dish I ordered the SHRIMP SACAMPI WAS TASTELESS, SHOULD OF SENT BACK.
BROUGHT IT HOME AN DOCTORED IT UP, WOULD NEVER ORDER THAT AGAIN.

On July 14, 2026 we went to the Olive Garden on I'45 and woodlands parkway near the Woodlands, Texas. We had been going there weekly as preparation for medication that my wife takes that she does well with if she eats fresh vegetables - specifically salad. Each week we ordered the shrimp miso appetizer and salad. As many know the salad is a large bowl, more than enough for two. Well this week to our surprise the manager informed us that we'd have to pay for two plates to share the salad. We were stunned because in the past this was not a requirement. We wanted to know why if we were being charged for two plates, we did not get two salad bowls. Of course the manager had no answer. He repeated that we'd have to pay for two plates to eat from one salad bowl. We asked when did this start. He said it was always that way and that his servers had been doing it wrong for the past two years that we had been going there. We asked if we had to pay for two appetizers as well. He ignored that question. WE spent an average of 100.00 per month there. Disappointed we have decided to go elsewhere. These so called policy changes seem to explain why on that day and many days previous the restaurant is mostly two-thirds empty.

I placed an order through the Olive Garden website and my order had already passed 1 hour and it hasn't arrived. I called the establishment and they didn't even know how to identify my name. They said to call Uber and solve it, but they don't have support for orders made directly on the website. I asked for help by phone and they didn't want to do anything for my order to be delivered. I'm really upset. They were super thick on the call.

Very bad food and very bad management stealing money from others and making excuses then firing them shame on you

Came to olive gardens and kids were running around and turning the place into a zoo I couldn’t enjoy my meal and the chicken I ordered seemed to be undercooked

The Zuppa Soup was lacking flavor! It was watery. The potatoes were not peeled, therefore skins were floating in soup! Kake crunchy! Not what it used to be! Always been good there in the past!

love the food.. never ever enough red sauce though... this really makes the meal deficient... chicken in the chicken parm needs to be thinner.. in my opinion!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We waited 23 minutes and no one came to our table. Pinellas Park location [TERRIBLE]. Servers looked at us, nobody even approached the table.

The food was dry and bland. Tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The fettuchini was dried out very little sauce, the chicken parmigan was also dried out and hard...the soup looked like dirty dish water...no potato or kale. When we asked our waitress for a new soup she said no. They don't distribute it evenly for the customer. very bad service and experience for July 4, 2026. BAD!

My friend went with her family to one in Athens,Georgia and this guy named Ethan served them. Her grandparents can’t speak English well and he told them to quote on quote, “Hurry up and order” while he was flirting with a waitress. Who in the world says that to someone maybe they should teach basic human respect in the training for the gob and y’all used to be my favorite restaurant but not anymore because your system is now more messed up then the Mc Donald’s ice cream machine and let’s be real it’s bad. It made me put at least one star but if I had the option it would be in the negative stars because you guys have plumed over the years with half the time the food being to cold or greasy and now this. No one disrespects my friends or there families, me find out about the stupid acts people pull, and gets away without out me at least attempting to fight for them you understand me or do I need to make myself even more clear with your stupid business and I’m sorry to the people who work there and actually do a good job but my god get it together to all the others including the person who served them.

Placed a catering order @ the live oak location . The lasagna’s were dry & burnt on the bottom & they did not provide or give us the topping for the cheese cakes .

I’ll forever love Olive Garden

I have been a long time Olive Garden customer. My go to favorite is the Chicken Scampi. I have always liked the garlic cream sauce on it and the flavor of the dish very much. Well, the last 2 times I have been there, the sauce on the dish was not very flavorful at all. I don't know if OG has reduced the amount of sauce on the dish or stopped using as much seasoning on the dish, but the taste of the pasta is thin and watery compared to the way it used to be. That and of course the price of the entree is about $4 higher than it was a few years ago. This kind of change is not how you keep loyal customers.
