Olive Garden Arvostelua 

Olive Garden is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. I always loved going there and enjoying a good meal when I lived in the Middle East. I especially loved their salads and pasta with all those delicious sauces, as well as the warm, tasty bread they brought as an appetizer with an olive spread.

Odie Asst Mgr stopped what he was doing to assist me with my take out order. The restaurant was clean and all employees were smilin' bright

I have ordered the Steak Gorgonzola for years, this is the first time I noticed that the steak was fake meat, it was like eating silicone, I had to throw it out, I will never go back to there again. The more customers they lose the more they might rethink the fake meat crap!

I always enjoy going to Olive Garden when I travel. The food is very good, and I’ve always had great service.

I couldn’t decide which soup I wanted as my starter, and the waitress told me she would surprise me. She came back with small portions of all the soup options so I could try them and choose my favorite. I thought that was such a thoughtful gesture and an amazing example of customer service.

Experiences like that are why I always enjoy coming back. I’m always happy to leave a generous tip when the service is this good.

El servicio del mesero fue excelente, el pan con la salsa de la casa riquísimo, al igual que el fetuccini con salmón, pero el sabor de la pizza(tradicional de queso) de niños que se pidió para mi niño pequeño le damos un 0/10, un sabor pésimo y poco atractivo, todos los comensales(3) tuvimos la misma opinión, comenzando con mi niño que fue quien la pidió, expresó la pizza tenía un mal sabor, así lo secundó mi hijo mayor cuando la probó, y posterior esta servidora que tuvo curiosidad en confirmar lo que ya habían expresado los chicos. Se le dejó saber al mesero, aún así se le pagó por la pizza $8.99 + ivu, aunque no se degustó, y se le ofreció la propina de 20% al mesero, aún habiendo expresado que no se le ofreciera por el inconveniente. Mis hijos terminaron yéndose del restaurante y esta servidora fue que permaneció degustando el plato que había pedido.

I don’t know if it was because it was a holiday but it took them over an hour an a half to bring us our dinner a lot longer then non holiday days. Plus my aunt ordered something she didn’t like

Long wait times, poor service, atmosphere was loud and felt more like being in a cafeteria than a popular restaurant, Food was salty and bland but hot. Felt rushed to order and eat. Do not recommend.

We eat at Olive Garden about once every month. Today is the first time I've ever been disappointed. I normally get the luncheon size spaghetti with marinara sauce and really like it. Today the sauce consisted of nothing but huge chunks of tomatoes. I did not like it. I want a red sauce not just tomato chunks. Now, I'm afraid to ever order it again. RSM

I had lunch at store 1506, 7515 Rogers Ave, Fort Smith, AR. The table was barely cleaned off, no display what so ever. I only ordered soup and salad, the soup was bad, got sick. My daughter enjoyed her entry. I was very disappointed, will not eat there again. Check No: 60005, table: 31. The server was fine.

So yesterday was my birthday 🎂, we had the best time at Olive garden. The food was great, but best of all our waiter James was the best ever. He was prompt and busy too. But man he was great. Thank you James. The best waiter ever. We love ya. ❤️ 😘❤️. Great job. 💕🥳

On August 21st 2026, we made a reservation for 615 for 13 people at the sunrise boulevard location in Sacramento, California. When we arrived, we were seated, and we didn't receive water or breadsticks on our table until 45 minutes later, we all ordered our food, we waited over an hour and a 1/2 to even receive our food. We, for my meal specifically. I ordered a meal with the never-ending soup. I received one bowl of soup. The whole time we were there a lot of us were lucky to receive salads and maybe one refill of breadsticks. There were 13 of us and our server had no idea that she would be waiting on us. She was blindsided by her manager. I don't know how they treat their customers so badly. But to treat their employees even worse, to not give her a heads up that there was a party of 13 coming in. She had no idea, she was not prepared. She did a great job, by the way, she did it the best that she could. They offered nobody to come and help her. They offered her no relief from other tables. She was previously waiting on before we arrived. The poor girl we felt really bad for her. And just the whole way that we were treated on my granddaughter. 17th birthday was horrible. We live Olive Garden but to have a slogan that says when you're here you're family is a huge misinterpretation of how we were treated. Not to mention, other servers are rolling their eyes at us and giving us dirty looks. While the other girl struggled alone to serve us all. It was just horrible, and I can't believe they treated their employee that way. Well, like I said, we love olive garden, but we will probably not be visiting any more. It's really sad.

Great job Meghan, kitchen messed up on service and she made sure it was coreected also my drink at the bar I did not like and it was quickly corrected. Great customer service Meghan, leadership service! The waitress next Ansley was great too since they both had a limited space to work with to serve their tables. So fast! We had a party of 9 and everything went so smoothly. Friendly servers (Ash and Lord) and delicious food. Shrimp scampi was my favourite. Will always return to Olive Garden Polo park in Winnipeg!

On August 15, 2026 I order 3 dinners from Olive Garden Northeast. Philadelphia My favorite shrimp scampi did not taste like the Italian shrimp scampi they make it with angels hair noodles I wented the regular spaghetti noodles it had a sour taste to it one of my favorite was the Lasagna it was very soggy very soft no taste it was melting when I touch it to eat too much Sauce I spent $75.21 I spent $76 today...

The food is always good and the service is too. Salad is always fresh and the bread is magnificent. Truly one of my favorites and will be returning.

Olive Garden is Olive Garden. Most people pretty much know what they’re getting themselves into by dining here and there’s nothing wrong with that. Is it real Italian food? No, it’s Olive Garden but occasionally, for whatever reason (no shade, a reason is a reason, period) you feel the urge to step foot inside one and eat the breadsticks and salad and whatever unlimited pasta promotion they’re doing and you have the right to do it without shame 🤷🏻‍♂️

Fairly good place for a regular meal. Won't recommend for an anniversary booking!

Our Server is what stood out this visit, She was Awesome

I purchased Creamy Garlic Fettuccine Shrimp and Creamy Garlic Salmonon 8/6/26 from Bala Cynwyd. In Pennsylvania. I Purchase food from there at LEAST 2-3 TIMES A MONTH. TODAY my food Did not have Enough Creamy Sauce on either of my Entrees.I was expecting something like the Advertising of the Commercial.!!!!! IT 'said"CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE! I WAS DISSAPOINTED. LET ME SAY IT WAS TASTY. BUT NOT ENOUGH SAUCE.
