OfficialWatches Arvostelua

This company advertises watches at low prices but does not honour those prices. I entered into an agreement with them to buy an Omega Speedmaster Professional watch and was told it could take up to 12 weeks to arrive. I was fine with this as it was a very good price. After 10 weeks they cancelled the order and told me their supplier could not get the watch. After brief communication it became clear the issue was the price and not one of supply (after all this is hardly a rare watch).
AVOID

In response to their reply below....
So they are not denying reneging on the deal. As expected they have no defence. They are even publishing private communications from their customers on a public website. Borderline GDPR breach. Terrible company. Worst buying experience of my life.

This was my first experience of buying a Rolex and I was a little nervous about dealing online. I saw a watch listing from OfficialWatches on another site and decided to contact them directly.

My main point of contact was George Costas. Everything was undertaken in a professional manner and I received the watch last Friday via Royal Mail special delivery at no cost to myself!

I would absolutely recommend OfficialWatches and have already done so to a colleague who is now in contact with them himself.

An absolutely outstanding service from Mercedes K. Immediate response to my enquiry; a really smooth transaction and speedy, inclusive shipping. Lead time from enquiry to delivery was a mere 3 working days.

Official Watches have got it right. Thank you. I would certainly buy another watch here.

Great Service and Great watch. Very happy. Mercedes looked after me from start to finish. Would happily buy from them again

Dealt with Dino, Will happily buy again & recommend to friends and family - Enough said........ Thank you sir

Nothing to say except : Perfect!

I dealt with George Costas
He was a pleasure to deal with
In my opinion this is without doubt the best place to buy a quality time piece
From start to finish very honest and straightforward .

Great, professional service with teal passion. Efficient too

Bought a new Omega Speedmaster Professional from Oficial watches. Great price and an easy transaction. George was very helpful through the deal. Highly recommended!!

Just bought a beautiful Breitling. Deal was concluded and the watch was delivered and on my wrist within 24hrs. Top service and a joy to conduct business with.

Brilliant customer service from Adrian.

Totally honest about any necessary, & for that matter, unnecessary repairs.

Highly recommended.

From start to finish, these guys were super efficient.

I searched around for a particular RM 011, everywhere and also got messed around by a number of online companies.

Official Watches came through quickly with my watch and I am super happy!

The high standard of service and professionalism provided during my purchase was exceptional, I was served by Michael who went that extra mile with the aftercare.
It was also reassuring meeting the watch technicians at the north London store.
I will highly recommend family and friends to buy watches from Officialwatches

Best regards

Amazing place. George and the boys are unbelievable.

A fantastic service from these guys. Micheal was a pleasure to deal with. Buy with confidence. Will be returning to these guys in the future.

Great service - extremely pleased with the limited edition IWC Big Pilot Le Petit Prince Annual Calendar

Had dealings with a lot of watch shops over the years (building my Rolex collection ) , I can safely say Dino & George are some of the best watch dealers I’ve delt with , no bull sh#t just straight answers , they sent it out that day and I received it before 12pm the next day . I had a little issue with the box but sent pictures to George and with in seconds , a text back saying will get a new one sent out . I’ve already left them some watches to keep there eyes open for . Will buy from these guys before anyone else , top lads
