Amazing service once again. Lovely Rolex gmt as described on my wrist. Really good guys to deal with offering great knowledge and expertise. Unlike other watch dealers I have never had the need to negotiate price yet still feel extremely well looked after. Highly recommend official watches and would also recommend a visit to showroom and also service centre.
Big thanks to George for everything.

Yet again these guys come up trumps on my watch, a big thanks to Mercedes your a star !!!

Mainly dealt with Mercedes who was great, very responsive to questions and kept me informed throughout the transaction. The watch was as described, fairly priced and was received without any issues. Will definitely look to use them in the future. The buy back option is also a real benefit should you wish to use it after two years' ownership.

The bees knees. Dino was so patient and honourable. Didn’t rush me or complain once and I’m a demanding person with OCD. Brilliant service to my door. Very highly recommend.

To whom this may concern. I have just bought a watch from Official Watches, and what a wonderful experience this has been👌 I dealt with Mike, and I must say that he is really a delight to work with🙏The communication was fantastic all the way, and it was also very immediate. I bought the watch Saturday afternoon, and I already received it Thursday, what more can you ask for😊 I wholeheartedly recommend OW, and I will definitely be back again. Best regards Michael (Denmark)

Excellent service and communication, could not be better. Nice watch, everything is just like subscribed. Many thanks to Michael.

George was very prompt to reply to my enquire, he got me the Rolex Deep Sea James Cameron at a very good price.

Would highly recommended using Official Watches

Fantastic service, I had been after a specific Rolex for a while with no luck. Spoke to Mercedes via email and within days she found what I was looking for. Highly recommended.

Despite a small delay in receiving my Omega Speedmaster communication was excellent throughout process. Worth the wait for the excellent price. This was my second purchase from Official Watches and I’m sure it won’t be the last

Fantastic service as always definitely would recommend to anyone

Many thanks
