I am deeply frustrated with Octa's service. My Personal Area has been completely restricted, and I am unable to log in to access the Live Chat support. I have an urgent USDT withdrawal pending, but my funds are being held without any valid reason.
I have been trying to complete my KYC verification for the past 14 days. Shockingly, the support and KYC compliance teams keep replying that my email is not linked to any Octa account. This is absolutely ridiculous and false because I have been using this exact same email address for the past 1.5 years for all my deposits and withdrawals without any issues!
They are completely ignoring my case and refusing to lookup my profile using my actual Trading Account ID. It seems like a deliberate deadlock to delay my withdrawal.
My MT5 Real Account ID is: 48542143
Current Account Balance: $149.00
Registered Name: Md. Mahfuzur Rahman
I have already prepared a brand-new, high-resolution, un-mirrored verification selfie holding my National ID card and the handwritten note exactly as requested.
Octa Management, please look into my Trading Account ID 48542143 immediately, contact me via my correct email, and escalate this to a senior compliance officer to approve my KYC and lift this restriction. I need my funds processed now.

SCAM, stay alert.
As you can already read all the reviews, They are not processing the deposit even after days, just stalling by asking illogical proofs.
In my case, It's been 10 days, I have already provided bank statement, UPI proof everything and still the deposit is not processed.
I can see so many people complaining the same.
After research I found out that octafx is banned by RBI
I urge everyone reading this to initiate complaint with RBI, and ministry of telecom and internal affairs to ban their new website octabroker.com so that no one else is scammed.

Don't use Octafx account block and refuse profit
I had multiple losses while trading on OctaFX and never faced any issues. However, when I started making profits, my account (MT5 ID: 62235139) was blocked under Clause 3.10 of the Customer Agreement. OctaFX refunded only my deposit and withheld approximately $2,500 in profits.
I provided the required information, but I am still waiting for a fair resolution. This experience has been very disappointing, and customer support has not been helpful. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.

Demande de retrait en attente depuis 3 jours, exécutée comme d'habitude pourtant. Avant ça marchais. Était normalement effectué en 1h max. Quand j'ai besoin du seul argent que j'ai d'urgence, ils ne sont pas disponibles pour m'envoyer mon argent. Un AI me répond et se renvoie la balle en messages répétitifs sur deux sites, sans me mettre en lien à un agent réel, même après l'avoir demandé 100fois..Il semble qu'on veux s'emparer de mon argent car le montant est plus gros que 50$ donc ils en profitent pour s'essayer. Le vol est payant en effet.
