Imagine now, you are supposedly a company that wants to sell stuff. But cant be bothered to add support on your software for one of the most sold GPUs for more than half a year now. Yes, still no support for RX 9070 XT cards on their software. pathetic company. what's the point of buying any of your hardware if you wont support our GPUs?

J’ai trois produits NZXT (pour le moment) : la souris Symm 2, le clavier Function, et le boîtier H510i version My Hero Academia RIVALS — et honnêtement, j’en suis super content. Rien à redire, ça fait le taf et c’est quali. Rien que pour ça, je recommande direct.
J’ai eu un petit souci avec la souris (ça arrive), mais le support a été top. Ils ont pris le temps de chercher d’où venait le problème, ont proposé des tests, et comme c’était bien la souris le souci, ils m’en ont envoyé une nouvelle. Même avec un petit cafouillage sur la livraison, tout s’est bien terminé. Franchement, service nickel, super pro et à l’écoute. 👌

Bought an N7 Z790 Motherboard in Dec 24, installed it, and everything worked right, first time. In June 25, it failed - went from working, to not working, in an instant.
Removed the components and confirmed that it was the boards fault (remove and reseat components and retest).
So I returned it to the seller (MWave).
NZXT claimed it was a bent pin. If it was a bent pin, it would never have worked at the outset.
So now I am stuck with a defective board, as NZXT do not repair - they cant fix the pin, test the board, and discover what actually caused the in service death.
I guess they don't want to either - they can keep my money and walk away from their failures.
I do not recommend NZXT and will not be replacing thier defective board with another from NZXT or their provider ASRock.

I spent over $3,000 on a high-end PC expecting quality and reliability. Instead, I’ve been dealing with nonstop hardware failures and unhelpful customer service. Within the first 3 months, both the motherboard and power supply unit completely died. I had to send the entire system back for repairs a process that was already frustrating. Now, just 4–5 months later, I'm being told the graphics card is going bad. This is supposed to be a premium machine, yet major components keep failing in a short span of time. At this point, I've spent more time troubleshooting and waiting on repairs than actually using the PC. Every time I contact customer support, I’m given the same vague promise: “We’ll look into it.” But nothing gets resolved. They send it back, only for another part to break shortly after. It’s a never-ending loop, and their support feels like a dead end no real accountability, no urgency, no lasting solutions. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing purchases I’ve ever made. For the amount of money spent, I expected a reliable product and professional service I’ve received neither.

PC Technical Support 1 Year Later.
I purchased a Player 3 Prime in February 2024, and as of July 2025 My PC would keep boot cycling, and not start up.
As any normal person would, I had anxiety and doubts about getting a company you ordered a pre-built PC online to accept your rig and work on it.
I reached out to their technical support team via email & phone, they were super helpful and gave me a few items to try at home, after we confirmed the trouble shooting did not solve the issue, they were happy to take the PC back to diagnose the issue and replace any defective parts (I still had warranty on the unit.) There was no hassle or questions on why or what, they simply provided the shipping label, provided instructions on how to properly package the unit, and then said send it to them!
They've had my PC for about 3 weeks total (Shipping included). Personally I believe that's extremely good as I would want them to take their time on my unit.
100/10 would recommend using them to friends and will definitely purchase another unit in the future if ever needed again.

I had a scratched glass from case I have bought but they replaced it as it was freshly delivered to me and I have noticed it after 2 weeks when I have finished my dream build.

I received a damaged monitor and have gotten nothing but a week's worth of run around from their customer service. Every time they pay attention it gets lumped back into my original support ticket and no one (phone and email) have done anything.
The case I bought was nice but the monitor is junk and the customer service is scam levels of nonsense.
