Ich habe mein Mainboard worauf noch Garantie war zu NZXT eingeschickt, dann kam eine Email in dem sie sich erklärten und sie meinten das sie dieses Modell nicht mehr produzieren und keine Ersatzteile mehr dafür exestieren.
Sie meinten ich würde einen kompletten Refund bekommen.
Das wären 228 Euro.
Dieser Refund habe ich bis heute nicht bekommen.
Mit einer Zeit taktik werde ich im Email Verkehr seit nun mehr als 6 Monaten hingehalten.
Angeblich würden sie Probleme mit paypal haben, was natürlich gelogen ist.
Eine Aufforderung das ich meine Konto Daten am Telefon übermitteln solle, habe ich dankend abgelehnt.
Ich bekomme einfach das Geld nicht obwohl es mir im Email Verkehr zugesagt wurde.
Nun ist es so das Mainboard was ich bezahlt habe sehe ich auch nicht wieder.
Ich werde nun nach 6 Monaten anzeige erstatten.
Bin so sauer.
Ich konnte in dieser Zeit meinen Pc nicht mehr nutzen!!!!!

Ich habe am 30. Januar 2025 eine RMA für Ersatzlüfter meiner NZXT Kraken 240 eingereicht #2125000. Seitdem warte ich über 7 Monate, ohne dass die Teile geliefert wurden. Die letzte Antwort vom 13. September 2025 besagt wieder nur, dass die Lüfter auf Backorder sind – keine konkrete Lösung oder Frist. Meine Nachricht vom 13. September 2025 wurde bisher ignoriert. Eine Wartezeit von über einem halben Jahr ist inakzeptabel, besonders bei einem Garantiefall. NZXT verspricht Updates, liefert aber nichts. Ich fordere eine sofortige Klärung, sonst schalte ich die Verbraucherzentrale ein. Bessere Kommunikation und Zuverlässigkeit sind zwingend erforderlich!
Update: Nach langer Wartezeit gab es endlich nach ÜBER 7 Monaten eine positive Rückmeldung. Die Ersatzlüfter für meine NZXT Kraken 240 wurden aus den USA nach Deutschland verschickt und sollen bald ankommen. Leider kann ich, selbst wenn die Teile einwandfrei ankommen, keine 4- oder 5-Sterne-Bewertung geben. Der Support muss dringend an seiner Kommunikation arbeiten – genauere Lieferzeiten und verbindliche Fristen fehlen komplett. Besserung nötig!
Update: Die Lüfter sind nun endlich nach ewiger Zeit am 22.09.25 angekommen. Die Wartezeit ist trotzdem noch immer zu groß gewesen. Wie erwähnt besteht da Verbesserungsbedarf. Deswegen bleiben die 2 Sterne.

I used to be a loyal NZXT customer. I owned the Kraken X72 before and loved it, which is why I confidently upgraded to the Kraken Z73, expecting the same quality and support. Unfortunately, my latest experience has completely destroyed my trust in this brand.
When my Z73 failed, I contacted NZXT for warranty service. I had the full invoice, proof of authenticity, and the product was purchased from a trusted local distributor who sources directly from the official supplier. The unit is 100% genuine — yet NZXT refused to honor the warranty. Their excuse? The distributor was not on their “authorized reseller” list.
This policy is unacceptable. It punishes loyal customers who pay full price for genuine products. What difference does it make if the distributor is “authorized” when the product itself is original? This shows NZXT cares more about controlling their sales channels than supporting their customers.
I gave them 2 stars only because they replied quickly. Otherwise, this is a 0-star experience. I feel cheated — buying premium hardware from NZXT is a gamble, because their warranty is basically meaningless.
For comparison, companies like Arctic, Noctua, and EVGA honor warranty as long as the product is genuine — some of them don’t even ask for a receipt, only the serial number. That’s real customer support. After this experience, I’ve already moved to Arctic for cooling, and I will never recommend NZXT to anyone again.

The glass on my new case broke within the first week. NZXT had my back on getting me another under warrantee. Their customer service was great and their cases are very high quality. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another!

NZXT has some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. I've called several times with an issue that was above my knowledge. Every time the issue was resolved. You can't ask for more than that.

My PSU died randomly, and I reached out to NZXT regarding the extended 10-year warranty since the 2-year one had already expired. I submitted my ticket on Saturday, describing the issue and what I had tried (the paperclip test), and by Monday I already received a reply. I really appreciated that, unlike other companies, they didn’t make me go through unnecessary troubleshooting steps I had most likely already attempted. Instead, they offered a replacement straight away.
Since I’m located in the EU and not the US, they couldn’t provide a prepaid shipping label. Instead, they suggested disposing of the non-working PSU and providing proof of disposal. Once I did that, they sent a replacement unit. All in all, it took only six full working days (four if we don’t count the two days it took me to dispose of the old PSU) from submitting the initial ticket to to the replacement unit being delivered from the US to the Netherlands, which is very impressive.
I was quite disappointed that my PSU died in less than three years, but the RMA process and their customer service team definitely served as redemption.
On top of that, they actually sent me the newer model! My original PSU was the C1000 Gold (2022), but they provided the C1000 Gold ATX 3.1, which was a great surprise!

Amazing product, fast delivery and stellar follow up customer service. They were able to help me with follow up BIOS updates and secure boot settings. I'm not tech savvy and I asked Matt in customer service to explain things to me like I was a 5 year old LOL. They never once made me feel like I was bothering them and were patient with me through the process.

I love working with NZXT. I purchased a pre built PC from them over a year ago. I’m not technically savvy myself, I just wanted something that I could use for some gaming + personal use. The PC has delivered everything I’ve needed and more. I’ve never had issues with the PC. When I ran into technical issues (not PC or component related), a team member is always happy to help me out. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with.
