I’ve had nothing but problems with my second purchase from here. I’ve had to send it back twice. It’s came to me shipped upside down twice. I don’t know how a professional company ships computer is upside down but I made a YouTube video about it. It’s on my YouTube channel, if you wanna check it out. Warn1ng on YouTube. I also had an issue yesterday when one of your text refused to help me. It was a woman. She was very rude and was talking over me. It was the worst customers experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and I’m 47 years old. now I’m supposed to call back on Monday because they’re still an issue with my hardware. I’m getting 20 MB upload I can’t stream. I have my Spectrum Internet technician coming out on Saturday to check. Make sure it’s nothing on my end when he confirms that then we know it’s something on your end. Hopefully I don’t have to call you guys on Monday once again. This is like my 30th phone call in a year. on a positive note some of the other technicians like Sebastian and Juan have been extremely helpful. There was some others, but I can’t remember their names that were helpful as well but that woman working up there. She needs to go. She’s talking to customers like that yeah that’s that’s why I didn’t give a five star review

I have been happy with the performance and quality of the NZXT products I have purchased. When I had problems with the pump in my AIO, it was quickly replaced for a new unit.

Bought a pc from them in 2024. What makes NZXT different from others is the support. All pre build companies can use the same components and maybe even alittle bit better on pricing. What you are paying for with NZXT is the support. Not when you first turn it on but when it stops turning on, or cooling issues, or whatever it may be. For me one year later after purchase, one of the cooling fans stopped working. Literally took me one 15 minute phone call and a video of the problem and I was given a tracking label no questions asked. That’s what makes the difference for me atleast.

For one they build an amazing pc case. I have used 4 in my builds so far and they are nice to builders. Second I recommend them, they have a fast response time. I came across a problem with one of the included fans and it was resolved the next day, so customer care is a great feature. Overall it's nice to see standards improve in the industry overall.

I have an NZXT Lift Elite Wireless mouse, which only came onto the market a few months ago and appears to be covered by the advertised 2-year warranty.
I unpacked and plugged in the mouse. At first, everything seemed normal. Then I was prompted to perform an update in NZXT Cam – which I followed exactly as instructed. The update crashed (I waited over an hour), and the mouse wouldn't start afterward.
I contacted NZXT Support via a support ticket. They declined the warranty because I didn't purchase the mouse from a "specialist retailer." It's a genuine, new NZXT product, which is guaranteed to be trackable via the serial number. Nevertheless, I'm still being let down.
I've invested several thousand euros in NZXT hardware and will steer clear of it in the future, and I won't recommend it to anyone.
For an obvious mistake on NZXT's part. The internet is full of other users reporting the same issue.

Ich habe mir nach langem Suchen einen H9 Flow [2025} White zugelegt.
Ich hatte vorher den ""Corsair Crystal x680 white RGB"" und war damit lange glücklich und zufrieden.
Welcher aber aufgrund von Grafikkarte und Wasserkühlung zu klein wurde. Leider :-(
Aber nun kommt das Problem mit dem H9.
Man erhält ein recht soliedes Gehäuse, zahlt dafür um die 150 Euro.
Grundsätzliche passt das.
ABER - wie haben 2025 und es ich für mich unerklärlich wie sich ein Firma wie NZXT dazu entscheiden konnte bei einem Gehäuse welches Extra für 2025 neu aufgelegt wurde, dort immer noch 4 (VIER) Lüfter mit einem 3Pin ( DC ) Anschluss bei zu
legen.
Ich baue nun seit über 20 Jahren Rechner und habe immer mal wieder Tower aller möglichen Hersteller - sowohl namhafte als auch noname - in der Hand und von einer Firma wie NZXT erwarte ich für 150 Euro das immerhin lüfter mit einem 4 Pin ( PWM) mitgeliefert werden.
Da ist aus meiner subjektiven Sicht nicht nur traurig, sondern einiges mehr.
Die 4 Lüfter die mitgeliefert werden sind so dermaßen laut aufgrund DC-Ansteuerung und daher muss man alle 4 ausbauen und quasi wegwerfen weil Sie absolut wertlos für einen modernen PC sind.
Meine Hoffnung und bitte ist das ihr das umgehend ändert, und den Kunden die bereits ein H9 Flow 2025 ( oder ähnliche Modelle aus 2025) 4 passende PWM Lüfter nachsendet - die müssen nichtmal A-RGB haben, aber sie sollten mit PWM 4Pin Steckern einen sinnvollen nutzen für moderne PC-System haben.

Have been using NZXT products since 2013 when i order my first LED kit and i was hooked. Its rare to find a company that care about quality and aesthetics equally. I recently upgraded to the 2025 H9 RGB+ and love it. During this i realised my vertical GPU mount would fit due to it being pre 2024, because i received and older version support verified the issue and had a new one sent out which was great. I've had other products replaced by them like the original kraken series and they have always been great and replaced things where needed. 10/10 would recommend.

Von Anfang an wies dieser schwerwiegende Mängel auf, ich konnte auf dem Computer nichtmal YouTube gucken, ohne dass in zufälligen Abständen einfach ein Blackscreen kommt und das System abstürzt.
Bereits 2x war der Computer in der Reperatur. Aber selbst die Techniker dort haben ein deutlich spürbaren Mangel an Fachkompetenz. Er kam jedesmal mit dem selben Problem zurück.
Heute hat er endgültig aufgehört zu funktionieren.

Very good PC for the avid gamer, works right out of the box, runs Fortnite like a BEAST. only problem i had was a personal error, hooking the DisplayPort into the motherboard instead of the graphics card, and the guy on the phone was super nice about it.

I’ve owned four NZXT AIOs—and had to RMA three of them. That’s a 75% failure rate, which is absolutely unacceptable. Even worse, the last two failures were from their so-called “latest and greatest” models, featuring NZXT’s own in-house pump design. Clearly, that design isn’t holding up.
The most recent RMA has now dragged on for over three weeks. NZXT demanded I remove and destroy the AIO on video before they’d even consider sending a replacement. I complied. It then took them more than two weeks to ship the new unit. And now? They’ve used DPD, who appear to have lost the package. It was scheduled for delivery on Friday, 03/10/2025, but hasn’t been scanned since. DPD themselves told me it should be scanned every 24 hours, and that it’s likely lost. Their advice? Contact NZXT.
So once again, I’m the one chasing updates, dealing with delays, and absorbing the frustration. NZXT’s support process is slow, rigid, and completely lacking in accountability.
And if you dare to voice your experience publicly? Their mod “IVANZXT” will ban you from their platform for speaking out. It’s a company that punishes criticism instead of fixing its problems

Unfortunately, NZXT sells inferior products that break down shortly after the warranty period expires. Don’t expect any goodwill from them either. Thank you for this eye-opening experience. I strongly advise all readers of this review not to buy cases or AIOs from NZXT. Instead, stick with reputable manufacturers.

Have liked NZXT for years now. Don't like the way the company seems to be going, always the last ones to release a newer type of product. Dislike the RGB ecosystem both because I hate being stuck in it and the lack of options compared to the competition.
Most products have been great however quality wise. Have had to RMA the damn Function Elite RGB keyboard twice now because it randomly died and stopped working. Super annoyed by that but they replaced it both times anyways.

I replied to NZXT with my case number. No reply or answer. After spending a large amount of money to build a complete NZXT z790 white rig. I ended up with two defective motherboards and a bunch of now useless parts. Worst PC company out there. Now I'm left with a big white expensive mistake looking me in the face every day I go into my office.2230479 case number

NZXT tech support agents are the most knowledgeable I have ever talked to.
NZXT website is absolutely excellent. Very easy to choose parts to be able to build a computer.
If you are not sure, please give them a call. They will definitely help with any computer issue.
