Worst experience with these guys and…

Worst experience with these guys and their customer service, I order a key board from them for Christmas. It said it would be delivered before Christmas. Haven’t gotten anything. Call them to find out what the issue was never said anything back. I’m pretty pissed off. I will be returning it and never buying from them ever again.

Great customer service

I don’t write many reviews; however, Ashraff was a great customer service rep who helped me with my Kraken cooler after it stopped working due to a faulty pump. Getting a replacement was quick and easy, and the turnaround time to receive the new part was less than a week. I would highly recommend buying from NZXT!

PSU works well so far. Really should make replacement modular cables available.

Their product meets my needs so far. But, NZXT does not make available replacement modular cables for PSUs, making RMA of the entire unit the only remedy for a damaged cable. That rather defeats part of the purpose of modular design. Not a bad product so far. But, NZXT really should consider making available individual official replacement cables for those who find themselves only in need of that particular part.

Exceptional customer service

My cat keeps damaging the dust cover on my chassis, so I contacted NZXT to buy a new one. What did they do? They sent me a brand new dust cover, completely free of charge, all the way to my country (outside the USA).

On top of everything, their service was fast, efficient, and to the point.

More and more issues

About a year ago I wrote a review. I'm experiencing even more issues, so I thought I'd write a new review about this nightmare.

This PC is 4-5 years old, so none of these parts should have gone bad. This is the only PC that I've ever had issues with, and it seems like I have every issue in the book.

1. I had to buy my own power cable because NZXT's did not properly fit. No big deal, they're cheap.
2. My ram was faulty and causing blue screens, NZXT replaced the ram.
3. The CPU cooler wasn't working and my CPU, very likely, was damaged due to the high temps. This caused countless issues; corrupted files and crashing, probably performance issues still occurring today. I had to replace and pay for a new cooler, despite it being only like 2 years old.
4. Random blue screens that persisted for months, unrelated to any previous issue.
5. PC will always, without fail, crash when I play ANY game. I've had to limit my GPU's fps to 60 to solve this. Ironic that I bought a nice gaming PC just to have to limit its performance.
6. When the PC idles for like 20 minutes it will freeze and crash.
7. And the new issue is that my PC randomly freezes, while not idling, and all fans immediately stop so then I have to hold the power button to restart it. Then the cycle continues and it freezes and crashes.. I've tried so many software related fixes. Your guess is as good as mine.

A true nightmare, rust bucket, lemon of a PC. No one ever reaches out for support despite saying so. Not that there is anything that can be done to fix this PC, it needs to be taken to the landfill.

Fan failed within 3 months

Fan failed within 3 months, warranty processes don't really work for international customers so if you're outside of the US I would avoid their products at least for the time being. Wanted me to destroy the entire product with 1 failed fan of 3. I completely agree on destruction, but would expect to recieve the new one first so that my system isn't out of action for a long period of time waiting for product delivery, customs etc.

Wouldn't budge on that and even said to me that they still might reject the warranty claim unless my video was done exactly how they instructed - which who knows, I could have completely destroyed the product and still not being given a warranty replacement if they weren't satisfied enough. That's not how it works - give your heads a shake.

Luckily I was able to go back to the retailer in my country where I bought this frpm, and managed to get a full refund, went for a better case manufacturer who will look after customers.

With all the H1 case news in the past...honestly I'd avoid these guys for now!

I requested a cable for an NZXT Kraken…

I requested a cable for an NZXT Kraken 360 RGB liquid cooler, and the communication process took 8 days, only for them to finally tell me that I cannot receive the component without proof of purchase and that it is not in stock. I was not offered any alternative, not even the option to buy the cable separately. The support was slow, rigid, and not customer-oriented. Very disappointed — I did not expect this from NZXT.

Mishandled order

Did not deliver on an order. Cancelled the order with no explanation 6 days after submitting. Were not able to explain why it was cancelled. More communication, earlier, would have been helpful. Disappointed After Years of Loyalty

NZXT used to be one of my favorite brands, both for the quality of their products and the clean design that set them apart. I’ve purchased from them for years and genuinely considered them my go-to choice for PC components and accessories.

However, my opinion has changed recently due to my experience with the NZXT Club giveaways. For a long time, many users like me took part in these events, completing tasks and spending a considerable amount of time participating under the assumption that everyone had an equal chance. Only later did we find out that the giveaways weren’t actually available in our region. This means all the time we invested was essentially wasted, and the lack of clear communication about eligibility felt misleading.

Because of this, my trust in the brand has dropped significantly. Transparency is important, especially when a company builds a community around engagement. For now, I prefer to purchase from other manufacturers who communicate their policies more clearly.

I hope NZXT improves how they handle regional limitations and community events, because they truly used to be one of my favorite brands.

Dangerous Game NZXT Is Playing

I've been in contact with the company for more than a month trying to solve issues with the mic Capsule Elite.
I have done all they asked, but the problem persists.
Finally they said they would replace my microphone, but I would have just one shot at filming myself destroying the microphone.
If I mess this up they will not send me another one.
I feel disappointed and humiliated. I bought a product, it does not work the way it should and now I have to risk it all to get another one.
I am in another country, there is no guarantee that they would follow through. They could use a glitch on the video as an excuse no to send a new one to me.
One month in contact with this company. Again I bought a mic with my hard earned money, the least they could do is to apologize and send a new one, but they indirectly say I am lying and want me to rick everything on a video that can be denied as proof and if that happened I would have no legal means to fight them since I am in another country.

Totally disrespectful and humiliating this company's attitude with a customer.

I hope they do the right thing, principally because I have not been able to use the mic a I bought to its fullest for a whole month.

Good product

Good product, excellent customer service. After about half a year the bottom fan started to rattle and was able to use warranty with NZXT directly even though I bought the case in a local business. Local business always wants the entire product for warranty, wich is kinda not possible with a pc-case for the main pc. Or at least very annoying. So, NZXT were able to help out!

NZXT, built on gamers nightmares

NZXT. This company is not built on gamers dreams but on gamers nightmares. Aftersales is the worst i have ever encountered. Below are two reviews i placed. The first one, they never responded to. The second one they did, stating that they are committed to "making this right". After adding one of the many ticket numbers to the review, i have yet to hear from them.

The issues that arose when my new built system was little over 1,5 years old still havent been durably fixed. These issues are now 2,5 years old. The last 2,5 years my system has been going back and forth and there are hundreds of mails from me to NZXT providing them with troubleshooting, etc. This you can all read below. They prolonged the life of my system through warranty by replacing modules with refurbished modules that were broken on arrival.

DO NOT BUY HERE!

NZXT does not reply to me. I have never experienced such bad customer service. After spending a lot of money on a new pc, letting me chase after issues, lying to me about placing new components, sending back a broken system.

Ongoing issues and poor service – extremely disappointed with a €4000+ system with premium components.

I purchased a prebuilt PC from NZXT for over €4000 — just the system itself, without any monitor or accessories. Given the price point, I expected a high level of quality and reliability. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, stretching across nearly two years now since the problems began:

The PC, a little over 1,5 years old, suddenly powered off and would not turn back on. I had to ship the system back and NZXT attempted to resolve this by replacing the GPU.

The replacement GPU was defective on arrival. This, while NZXT ensures the system was tested thoroughly before it was sent back. The display showed severe visual artifacts and the system kept crashing, making it completely unusable. System had to be shipped back to NZXT again and they replaced the GPU yet again. After inquiring they insisted they replaced it with a new GPU. This was a lie though, as i found out later by running the GPU's serial nr through the NVIDIA website. They did not replace it with a new GPU, they replaced it with a GPU that was already 2 years old, likely refurbished. Even though i paid for a working new GPU!

After receiving the system back from the second repair, the case was visibly damaged and as such, the glass component can't be mounted correctly anymore. The box, the pc came back in looked like it was dropped from a plane.

After a while, the system began randomly rebooting, often multiple times per hour. NZXT now suspects yet another faulty GPU or a defective motherboard. But of course now, warranty is expired and they won't do anything for me anymore.

Despite multiple repair attempts, refitting with used GPU's (even though they insisted it was new) the system has never functioned reliably for any meaningful amount of time. The support process has been slow and inconsistent, with little sense of urgency or accountability. On top of that ive been lied to. I have been without this PC for multiple months due to it being broken or shipped away. All in all the system had to be shipped back 3 times and they never fixed the problems that arose after 1,5 years and well within the warranty period.

And now, the warranty has expired and NZXT refuses to help me anymore. They are advising me to contact the component manufacturer. But of course, since they placed an old GPU that warranty period is also over.

For a system that cost over €4000, this level of instability and poor service is simply unacceptable. I have lost an enormous amount of time, productivity, and trust in the brand. I bought this PC mainly to relax in my free time but it only gave me a lot of frustration. I spent a lot of my evenings troubleshooting and trying to fix issues. (I work in IT and have decades of experience in the field). On top of all of that, the company lied to me. I feel incredibly ripped off.

I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from NZXT.

No reaction here from NZXT whatsoever. Even though newer reviews have had reactions.
Figures, I guess.

The PC still sits in my office, disconnected since I can't use it anymore.

Great customer/tech service!

When I received the computer one of my ram sticks was not in the socket. (Need better quality control.) I called technical support who told me to repackage it and THEY PAID for me to send it back. I currently have a computer from them (Windows 10) that works like a charm! I've had my old one for almost 4 years! (I was going to buy a new one w/Windows 11. But I love the old one so much!
