Technical support on top

I had a small issue and the technical support was excellent. Very good service, react and efficient.
My son is building a new computer and following my experience, i told him to buy NZXT fans and pump.

Produkt (Kraken X53 AIO) looked nice…

Produkt (Kraken X53 AIO) looked nice and worked 4 years.
Now their seem to be problems with it (liquid temp low, cooling bad, rpm and case airflow good).
First friendly support and shared all infos, screenshots etc.

When it should come to an replacement i sent product code, serial number and the bill (from amazon) and they said "can't validate proof of purchase - tickets closed bye".
As i said they have all infos, pictures, screenshots and the bill from biggest seller (amazon)

How can be extra so blind and leave me with the defect expensive hardware like that.
Now i change the brand and can't recommend them!

Unfortunately, the package encountered delivery issues in Austria. According to the tracking history, there was an incorrect address or the addressee was not available on July 31, 2025, and the package was returned to sender. The package has since made its way back to our facility in California.

Issue resolved. Took some work, but everything was good.

Support worked with me through the issue and ultimately issued me a working replacement. It takes a little patience, but I was happy to get it resolved.

Excellent customer support

I accidentally broke my glass side panel from my H9 Elite Black tower case (2023 model).
Customer in Belgium and bought through a Dutch retailer.
Mailed customer support: received a brand new side panel within a week (under warranty).
Excellent, friendly and very quick help from their customer support.

Credit where it’s due

Credit where it’s due, my AIO pump packed up after two years, Ren from the customer support team was fantastic though and within a few hours a replacement was shipped. This is how customer service should be and Ren was lovely :)

Highest level customer care

I had a problem with a Kraken Z73 AIO so I contacted the company asking for adivces.
They informed me that the product has a full 6 years warranty.
I bought the product at march 2019 and they sent me a new one in these days of jenuary 2026, from USA to Italy.
The customer care is at the highest level.

Very good products and customer support

The customer service is always really kind and helpful. The two times in at least 5 years in which I'm in possession of NZXT products it was always really good and the first time was not even because of NZXT, I've bought an Kraken water cooler at Amazon warehouse, as the cooler arrived, I've realised one cable was cut of the person who send back the cooler to Amazon, I've asked nzxt then if they could send me the cable and they did. The second time was a few days ago, my fan began to make weird noises so I've contacted the support and they send me after some proof of me an replacement. But in general, even the products, they are of high quality and are always (at least for me) looking nice and doing what they are supposed to. All in all very good.

Unfreundlich Kundenservice und Schlecht Produkte

NZXT Boom Arm von denen ist Absoluter schrott es war immer verdammt schlecht zum einstellen und hat maximal 2 Wochen gehalten bevor man es wieder festziehen muss außerdem ist dieser weil er nur aus Plastik ist nach 2 Jahren und 3 Monaten kaputt gegangen und da es außerhalb ihrer Garantie Liegt gibt es keinen Ersatz oder andere Lösung um das kleine Plastik Teil zu ersetzen das zeug von ihnen ist super billig produziert keine Qualität.

Merkt Euch Der Laden ist Sein Geld nicht wert
das waren 70€ rausgeschmissen btw.

Ihr habt nicht einmal einen Rabatt gegeben oder irgendeine Lösung für das Problem und meinte ich soll selber kucken wie ich ein Ersatzteil finde ist ja nicht euer Problem (ihr habt mir keinen Ansprechpartner geschrieben in meiner Nähe noche wie ich genau das Ersatzteil finden kann obwohl es euer produkt ist)

Wie breits geschrieben schlechter Service und ich hab keine Hoffnung auf Besserung nur weil ihr das so schreibt

Awesome company I bought their cases I bought their vertical mounts. I bought their motherboard. Everything is just tapped to your quality and I’d highly recommend getting their cases because there’s just so much room for cable management and the looks of it is just so clean.

Does the job, pricey for lack of quality polish

The quality of the products are iffy, I had paint chip off their cases, the supplied screws strip trying to shift the case fans around (though they supply a bunch of them at least), and the glass on the side arrived permanently stained and cloudy no matter how I cleaned it. It would be fine if the price point was not similar to the average computer case brand, though I did get it on sale and it does the job. The customer service has been positive though.

garantie alimentation
