Not happy at all!!

Not happy at all!!! Found this fragrance locally for less than half the price you guys were selling it for!!!
Delay in delivery was over 3 weeks, and I got no responseto my questions re refund policy. I will never use you guys again!!!

Snail mail

Unfortunately the mail service that was used let you down and I received a package from Australia three days before I got the package for nzoutlet sent to me from only 12 k's away,ordered on the same day!!

Good experience

My order arrived after about a week of purchase. Good quality plant stand in a brass-like finish - exactly as the website described. Very reasonably priced and I would use the site for purchases again. I didn’t receive any communication from them after the initial purchase and this is an aspect they could improve.

Lovely product

Please note, due to recent Christmas and New Year public holidays there is a massive delay in the delivery network and their response timings to any queries or their resolutions.
