I purchased this W7 Hide 'N' Seek Colour Correcting Concealer Quad - Natural-W7-FACE-Concealer
on behalf of my mother to replace a previous W7 Hide 'N' Seek Colour Correcting Concealer Quad-Lavender, as Mama never used the lavender or highlighter. Even though there are now 4 concealer options to choose from, Mama advised does not give the same cover as the two concealers in the Quad-Lavender. Two of the concealers appear to be the same as the Quad-Lavender, but do not provide the same cover.

NZ Outlet's supplier sent me the wrong product, so NZ Outlet organised for a full refund and a prepaid courier bag so I could return it. There was good communication, and a lot of extra work for them, which I appreciated.

Can’t fault the service. 3 stars because I ordered a pregnancy pillow CASE rather than a pillow. My fault for not triple checking but the picture showed filled pillow and the word ‘case’ was cropped at the end of description or hidden when viewing on my phone. Customer service took the comments onboard, accepted my return and after one reminder message from me I got a full refund.

Arrives on time and great service my only complaint which is my own fault is that i got the wrong colour

The product arrived arrived promptly and in good condition. , I am, however, very disappointed because I can’t understand the voice at all - the reason I wanted a talking scale.
