I had the pleasure to speak with James the Customer Service rep and he did a great job in helping me with a returned item. I will be definitely be doing business with NY Watch Store in the future.

I would like to thank James and his team for doing a terrific job on personalizing the watch bracelets I purchased from them at nywatchstore.com. This is the only company that I know of that sells and personalizes watch bracelets at a fair price with quick delivery. Everything they do and sell is top quality. Give them a try, you will be pleased.

Called to find out how I would like to change my engraving due to copyrights. Very helpful.

This is a great company. I would recommend it to anybody. I ordered a band for my watch. It showed up promptly. It was beautiful. It was great quality at a good price. customer service was wonderful.

Needed to order Groomsmen gifts last minute and NY Watch Store was extremely helpful. I wrote in my order that I'm paying for 2 days shipping so they arrive on time and that they were wedding gifts. NY Watch Store called me after my order processed letting me know they would arrive in time.

I made a mistake in my order. NY Watch Store quickly provided me directions to follow-up and then promptly provided the correct product.
They answer the phone! Twice! And never required me to provide any additional information. They had it all via my phone number.
This company has a customer service model that others should emulate. In fact, in my not so limited experience it is the best.

I had to make a change to my order. They were prompt with their reply...excellent customer service! The bands appear to be of very good quality and pricing. I have a 36 watch collection. I'm sure I'll be doing business with them again.

Easy to work with.

Outstanding customer service service , superior knowledge of band selection and assurance in making the correct purchase …Thank you , highly recommended…

Great prices and super customer service! They went above and beyond when I screwed up my billing address to make sure my order was not delayed!

First, their prices are fantastic.
Second, their service is first-rate.
Great customer service. I needed to cancel an order as someone else had already purchased the same item. When I called, I wasn't connected to a 'self-service' AI assistant, just a friendly real person, who helped me resolve my cancellation, and set up a refund for my PayPay account, all in less than five minutes. No hassle, just great service, such a rare thing today. I will have no hesitation purchasing from NY Watch Store again.

Amazing and quick customer service. James emailed me right away to double check my address. He was very helpful and would buy from them again. The shipping was also very quick and secure.

Was a great experience. I trust them to do the right thing!
