Great job of communication in my product got here within a few days really good business. Product also looked nice.

James made the experience for me a 5 star review
I ordered the product online and when it came, it was the wrong size. I called the company and James answered the phone immediately and explained everything in a great detail on me how to return the wrong one and how to purchase a new one. He even shared a link where I could see more options. It was great to speak to a human being.

James good by answering my call and my payment was cleared and Making sure the Merchandise gets to me

The shipping was right on time. Then please I spoke with super polite respectful and helpful. I will continue doing business with them. And I highly recommend you to do business with them as well.

The watch company went above and beyond to help insure I ordered the proper band for my watch! James was very helpful!

James, one of the customer services representatives, explained to me all of my options and alternatives, regarding a recent purchase I had made. He was insightful and explained all of my options in detail. Overall, interacting with James was a pleaseant experience.

I actually came upon NY Watch Store/Top One International web site while looking for a replacement steel watch band for Casio Digital watch. I saw the replacement ban that I needed but as I continued to look at the available products I found a newer model Casio Watch same style with 3-simple buttons and water resistant which are both features that are important to me. The new watch model A158WA-1
was so affordable at
$24.95 + 5.00 Shipping.
I decided to forget the replacement steel watch band and just purchase the new watch. When the order was processed @ NYW my shipping and billing information ended up in the wrong places. I received a email and text message from them the day after I placed the order and they were so happy to correct and confirm information before mailing the watch. Technology can be challenging but it makes everything feel right with the watch purchase when someone takes the time to call/text and email to make sure the order goes out correctly. I appreciate your time and effort to me as your customer.
I will look forward to doing business with you again.
Thank You so much, Diane Smith Medway Ma

I ordered my sons birthday present on line and discovered afterwards that I had ordered the item incorrectly. I called and explained my issue. James made sure everything was taken care of the correct item has shipped. This is the best company, Thank you

James has excellent & satisfactory customer services . He understand so well & guide me much to what I need buying my watch wrist band. Thank you James.

They were very nice to deal with. I ordered the wrong model number watch and James was very helpful in assisting me in the return process. The company has a great selection of watches and fair pricing. I highly recommend them.

Super rude and unhelpful, could not believe their product did not work

Excellent customer service. I accidently ordered the wrong item. Immediate response and my order was changed to the correct item.

The service was absolutely great. I ordered the wrong size and they actually fixed that problem before it was sent out to me. Customer service was very helpful and I think this is the best watch band company that I've ever dealt with. I'm a watch collector myself so it's really hard to get the bands that I need and they have everything in stock. I recommend this place to anybody who's looking for a band because I just paid $34 for a band that would have cost me $70 so the prices are good and the services remarkable. I give this place two thumbs up!

The watch strap is beautiful and the owner is very knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend checking it out to a prospective customer.

Easy orders, fast shipping and excellent customer service!

I didn’t like calling to confirm my package but James was very nice, returned my call and had my information already prepped. He made it very easy, thanks to him.

Thanks for fast shipping it was really helpful.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size bracelet and they quickly and easily replaced it for me.
