Outstanding Customer Service!
I ordered two leather bands for my Tissot watches and accidentally selected the wrong color during checkout. As soon as I realized, I called customer service. They immediately updated my order before it shipped out—no hassle at all! The team was super helpful, responsive, and friendly. It’s rare to see customer support move that fast. Highly recommended!

Well I was referred to NYWC by my youngest son. Who is also a watch collector compliment of Dad, Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing. But he spoke highly of NYWC and of their customer service. I read some reviews and they were positive on the high side so I decided to try your company. After the exchange I had today I would have to say that the reviews did not do this company justice. I’ll explain, I just purchased a replacement watch band for my newly purchased Seiko Mod, from another source. But the service I received for just a band was very informative and gave me a personal care worthy of a higher value purchase.
Simply put the representative cared and took his profession seriously with passion. I felt in good hands. And that’s that. I felt appreciated and this will in return make me a return customer with confidence. It was just a watch band. But not to the rep. I will be investing in more purchases from this company in the near future. Thank You NYWC. And to think this conversation started by NYWC requesting I call them to answer my question on a discount code issue. In which if I would have read it clearly it would have been self explanatory.
Gratitude,

I got a replacement strap for Sekio SRPB41. It had gotten lost on their end and I had to reach out to voice my concerns about that. They sent a new one and I have it put on now and the dimensions on the end links are as flush as they should be. Quality is not that great.

Great communication still waiting for my order, but I was able to get on the phone with a representative who assured me that I ordered the right band and the right size

spoke with a real person who I could understand
he was focussed on my problem and offered solutions

So far so great !
My watch is on the way. I was contacted because my shipping info was wrong and a man named James helped me out and gave me tracking information.
Very nice company that will work with you, I appreciate them very much.

The watch band looked nice and was reasonably priced, but unfortunately the pin went in and never came back out. What should have been a simple installation ended with the watch having to head over to my watchmaker to have the pin removed.

The band itself looked good, but having to make a trip to the watchmaker because of the hardware was definitely disappointing. I wasn't expecting much for the price, received no surprises. Won't order from here again

Super fast shipping, top tier customer service. Bands are amazing and fit perfectly, will definitely be ordering more for future projects. Can't recommend enough 10/10.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Great service, very friendly. Helped me step by step to make and complete my purchase.

I forgot to specify my size in my order. The company representative contacted me immediately to make sure i got what i needed. Also, i had some questions that he was very helpful in answering

Super fast shipping. Replacement band is just what my husband needed for his Nixon watch without the price tag. Will reorder. Good customer service as well. Personally reached out when an issue came about and appreciated the gesture.

Knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He knew the questions to ask, took my order and emailed the things i needed and placed my order.

Very easy to do business with! No hassle, everything smooth.

The watch band that I received was top notch quality. I wish it was compatible with my watch, but unfortunately it wasn’t. They went above and beyond to assist me, they helped me determine what watchband would be compatible and even helped me source it. I cannot thank them enough for the efforts and going above and beyond, it helped restore my faith in humanity. There are still great companies out there with employees that care and this particular one showcased that to the upmost extent.

I have placed several orders and have always been impressed with the speed and efficiency of service. Overall 5+ star experience everyrime!
