Very poor quality
Very poor quality. I ordered a coat for my son. Really cheap material and very small sizing.
I emailed the info email address to request a refund. I received a reply saying they only have one warehouse in the world and that sending things back is detrimental to the environment. They offer for you to keep the item and that they will refund 20% of the cost rather than the full and that they then plant a tree for every 3 items not returned!!
I’ve emailed back again requesting a full refund…. Awaiting a response.
Do not buy from this site. Terrible!

Very bad placed an order never received…
Very bad placed an order never received confirmation took my money unable to connect or reply to any emails that I’m sending to try and find out what’s going on. I have now filed a complaint through my bank and hope that they will respond definitely will never buy from here again and don’t recommend this was a Christmas gift as well.

I am trying to get an answer on my order and there has been NO reply to my emails, nor does the phone number ring. PLEASE can someone come back to me on the whereabouts of my order - it is for Christmas, and I can see the money has been taken from my account, the service is diabolical and I would not recommend anyone buying through this site.

I placed an order over a month ago and the item has never been delivered. Since then, I have sent several emails attempting to contact the company and resolve the issue, but I have received no response whatsoever.
There is no effective customer service, no meaningful communication, and no accountability. At this point, I have paid for a product that has simply not arrived, and all attempts to make contact have been ignored.
This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this website and strongly advise others to be cautious.

Lack of customer service
The item took so long to arrive. The item is not fit for purpose, so have requested a returns and refund. They replied to ask for a photo which I supplied and then nothing, I have thus far sent 5 emails to them!!! Disappointed and dissatisfied and out of pocket customer, would not use again.

I ordered a large coat and a 'child' sized coat was delivered. When I invoked the 'free' return, I was informed that it wasn't free, the cost to return to the only depot in China was at my expense and that effectively I should save the planet and accept the goods at a 20% discount - CONTACT YOUR BANK STRAIGHT AWAY and follow the merchant process.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered 2 jackets as we were unsure of the size, charts didn’t make sense. Both jackets were ok,ish but not like the photos. We’re keeping 1 and want to return the other. You got it, they don’t respond to a return request. I had my suspicions and stupidly didn’t check ratings before ordering. I think they are aiming youngsters through TT. DO NOT BUY better off going to Primark!!!

Absolutely a fake website! Do not be fooled. I spend £35.00 on a jumper for my son. It was nothing like the quality picture on the website. As usual i went to return the item through reading the return 30 policy. i have sent numerous emails them as instructions to get a return address. No reply's and i guess i have an unwanted poor quality item and my money taken. Makes you so angry. Do not order from this website! SCAM!
