I wish I read the comments before ordering. What you see isn’t what you get. And when you want to return, they tell you shipping cost is on you or they give you 20% of your total cost. I bought a coat for £49.95 which looks and feels like something that has its value at£10.. guess what I’m getting £9.99 off something I ordered for £49.95.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Like everyone on here I have been scammed. No tracking on first order so reordered. Tried to cancel second order but refused. Stuck with two tracksuits that are worse than what I could get from primark.
This site must be closed down.

A honest review from a mother, I orderd my son a tracksuit from this company on the 17/12/2025 , for a Christmas present it also said just in time for Christmas, absolute shambles of a company shake my head the emails I received from them didn’t make any sense then the tracking information was even more shocking, I’ve tried on two occasions to email this company no replie , to then get a email saying the tracksuit has been delivered to Hatfield I do not live in Hatfield, what a whole waste of time and money I just want my money back , please everyone do not even waste your time energy or money on this Perfetic shambles of a company shake my head , very unprofessional.

The same as usual - receive emails from this company that do not address the problem. Want a refund for a faulty item, details and photos have been sent to them several times. Responses are always delayed and a full refund is never offered. Do no purchase from Nurozis it is a scam organisation.

Shocking customer service ordered 3 weeks ago. No tracking number, no response via the emails I have sent. Would advise anyone NEVER to buy anything from this site

This is a terrible company. I ordered 2 men's items that are really poor quality. The "merino wool" jumper is paper thin, you can actually see through it. I now have a string of emails 20 responses deep with nurozis to try and return the items, with no resolution yet. I now have a claim open with the credit card company to try and get my money back that way. Do not order from this company.

This is quite honestly the most frustrating and outrageous experience I’ve ever had shopping ever!!! I ordered a nearly £50 jacket in very good time for it to arrive for a work event, the delivery was delayed by almost a week and when it did arrive the M size I ordered was a compete fantasy, it was so small it barely went past my forearms and the quality is honestly some of the worst I’ve ever felt. I immediately emailed requesting a return and refund but my email wasn’t replied to for 5 days and since then I’ve been going back and forth with the customer service as I keep saying I want a return and full refund and all they keep offering is a 30 or 50% refund and for me to keep the jacket. I DO NOT WANT THIS I WILL NEVER WEAR IT!
Also they’ve tried to tell me that I need to cover delivery costs of the return “as stated on the website” but I scoured everywhere and did not see this all it said was they they would give me a shipping label. I screenshot this and included it in my emails but that was completely ignored too.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Scam website. It’s as simple as that.
Ordered two tops. Sizes were wrong and quality was terrible.

This is a total scam. I ordered an item that never arrived. Now they say it is out of stock, but refuse to give me a refund for something I never received.

If I could rate zero I would. Items eventually arrived sadly not as expected, absolutely awful quality. I have emailed over 6 times with no response paid via Klarna so have also included the dispute team - save yourself the issues and don’t order from this company. Zero customer service and less than market quality clothing. Extremely dissapointed as both items were Christmas presents, terrible, I was too embarrassed to do anything with them so they remain their packaging to be returned, they are only fit for the bin!
If the company (I say company loosely) read this please don’t waste my time with offering discounts the items will be disposed of they are horrendous I would like a full refund along with the cost of returns covered the items are not as described so I don’t believe I should be out of pocket here.

V cheap quality products. Too expensive. They make it impossible to return the product by asking you to bear the costs to return to China despite it being shipped from the EU. DO NOT BUY.

Poor and ridiculous. Took money. No goods.no email for childs tracksuit for xmas..very poor dont use this website for anything

Ordered small oversized joggers, Item was absolutely terrible, never received anything like it, one sleeve was literally sewn together in two half’s, whilst the other sleeve wasn’t, quality terrible. Took 6 weeks to receive. Company doesn’t respond to emails, absolutely no chance of receiving a refund.

Nurozi is a scam site absolutely, they sent me a substandard and cheap material and they never responded their emails after sending them an image as requested by them to process a refund and return.
Don't buy

I’d like to give them zero….. this jacket took ages to arrive. It’s a Christmas present for my son. It’s covered in slits and has a stain on the elbow! I have not heard back from them yet….

I informed the company as soon as the jacket arrived and they gave me an address in china to send it to, and that I had to pay, which will cost a fortune. We have been back and forth since the 22nd December, each member of staff not reading the email and not looking at the damage. I have had to accept a 50% refund and keep the jacket. Painful and useless. Never ever again

No idea where my order is it’s a Christmas gift ans I ordered it on the 11th it’s now the 21st ans I haven’t got a text or nothing at all to tell me anything terrible and a lot of other people are having the same experience.

After all this negative reviews, will not buy from them. I was preparing to purchase something, but no Way 🥴

Delivered to the wrong address. Terrible customer service. Do not order from this company. Foolishly I didn’t read reviews before ordering.

Finally received parcel!
Ordered on 28th November and received on 19th December.
Spent £50 on a tracksuit. Quality is laughable. No labels at all. Could of gone to Primark or Tesco and got something the same at significantly better quality for a fifth of the price.
Can't do anything about it now. Won't waste my time fighting a non existent refund.
Glad packaged was received though.

Placed an order on 26th November have still not received over 3 weeks later. No tracking information (doesn't work) also got 1 email regarding saying should receive in ' afew days' on 6th Dec and still nothing 2 weeks later. Would not recommend at all. Stay away!
