Brilliant and excellent service. The products I have ordered have always been great quality. I have searched many sites with my alopecia and this is the best by far.

I purchased a beautiful wig from Nuola Wigs after seeing reviews on YouTube.

I have some points that anyone else with alopecia universalis (total hair loss) like me should know before buying a wig from Nuola.

Without any hair, I feel everything in the wig cap, and there are a few issues I encountered:

1. Hair Cut at the Base: The hair is cut badly at the base of the wig, which is very irritating. It causes my neck to get a rash from the rubbing of the short, spiky hairs.

2. Color: The color has stayed nicely, only lightening a little bit, which is expected for a brunette wig.

3. Bleached Knots: The bleached knots are really well done and look very realistic. I love this.

Overall, I liked my wig; however, it is very uncomfortable for someone with no hair. I wish it was designed with better comfort in mind for people with alopecia who rely on a good wig, to look and FEEL good.

Unfortunately, due to the lack of comfort and the way it looks over time, I wouldn't purchase another wig from Nuola Wigs.

I have been buying wigs from Nuola Wigs for several years and I am really very satisfied. The wigs are very high quality and the staff at Nuola Wigs are very helpful and friendly, always willing to advise on everything. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I’ve ordered 2 wigs before at Nuola Wigs and they are absolute beautiful and natural. Other people cannot see that I wear wigs and that is the most important thing for me. Also, Nuola wigs is very quick to respond to request and think along with the customer.

A few months ago I bought a sale wig off Nuola wigs and it’s lovely. I am now in the process of getting my custom wig made for my wedding and can’t wait for it to arrive! Was great to be able to have a consultation and try on different wigs too!

It’s a shame I even have to begin writing this review.
I’ve been suffering from alopecia since I was 1 years old. I can’t believe these people sleep at night with how much they scam people with medical conditions out of money for these wigs and claim to be about helping those with medical losses. I researched so many reviews before deciding to go with nuolawigs and saw so many YouTube videos of people saying the hair pieces felt great and that it looks so natural. So I decided to get the “kristy” piece and figured with the good reviews and expensive price it would be great quality, I was so wrong!
After purchasing I realized that the YouTube reviews were good reviews from mainly what I asume is their influencers who probably get piece for free. Of course they’re going to say only good. Those same YouTubers are the same gals who pose for the listing pictures & “good reviews”
There was a review, which I know they’ve seen, that shows a woman who bought a piece and had it shed like crazy after only a month!! The woman showed how the director/owner did not want to refund any money but only offer to service the piece “for free.” In the comments nuola wigs claims they did offer a refund or replacement. But the woman showed emails that said they did not want to offer any type of refund. Please watch the video and order elsewhere! I wish the video would’ve existed before I ordered my piece.

I ordered the kristy wig and paid over $1000 USD on 6/5/21. When their website says it will be 6-8 weeks processing before the piece ships out, they did not ship it out for 12 weeks (9/6/21.) And If you use your credit card it basically throws any help from the credit card company out the window since they apparently count the time the transaction posted. After not even 6 months of having the piece and wearing it at most 4 times in a month (I have other pieces so I wouldn’t over wear such an expensive piece) the hair sheds like crazy, the lace continuously frays making me have to cut more and more off so you don’t see frayed ends sticking up off my forehead, and the hair dried out like crazy I’m assuming because they bleached the end of the hair so now it’s dry, split ended and looks like a cheap costume wig! I believe They said on their website the hair will have bleached roots unless requested otherwise for a natural look but you can very much see each black dot where they tied the hair to the lace, NOT natural looking at all! Reaching out to nuola wigs, the owner, seems to blame all my problems on the HD lace being “thin” and saying that I need to not remove it from the front and I need to remove it from the back. Excuse after excuse for everything I have a problem with. She offered me a “free” hair service of course at my expensive to ship it to them to I’m assuming just add more hair. In later emails it then became a problem that the hair was ordered as a “custom piece” but that was never an issue until months after. I filed with my credit card company & I tried to keep in touch through email to try to work a resolution but she just flat out stopped responding by email and did not respond to my credit card company’s attempt to get my money back. Then just denying the claim about 2 months after I filed my dispute. they basically milked the clock from how long ago my transaction was posted. They should feel ashamed of themselves. We just all want to feel Normal and not have everyone stare while just trying to do normal things in public. This company will take your money really quick but you will be fighting until the end to get any money back or resolution. Please take my experience and find a better company who stands behind their products and actually cares.

Update to nuolawigs reply: I did not order a custom made wig. I ordered the kristy wig the way they had it and I did not request any tweaks or customization on the piece. I inputted how big my head measured but even then The “customization” of the piece didn’t even come into play until months after I was emailing back and fourth and it was one reason after another.
Seems like they told everyone their wig is custom made so the can claim its unreturnable. Nuolawigs says it’s a “free” service to the piece when I have to pay to send it to them but I shouldn’t have to pay anything on top of the piece considering it was over $1000 USD.

Update: I have reached out to Nuolawigs and will update if they follow through on replacing the piece for free.

I LOVE my Nuola wig! I live with Alopecia and having not only a beautiful and natural looking, but reliable wig has been a lifesaver!

My name is Barbara and I have had alopecia for 4 years now and have always bought synthetic wigs which after a while frizz on the ends and need replacing. After looking around for real hair wigs I couldn't get over the pictures online of how realistic they look from the lace to the hair. It's a big investment but what it does for your confidence wow. The staff at this shop can't do enough for their customers. I asked if I could return for some of the lace to be cut and asked if they could restyle to a side part which they happily did for me. I've only just received it so can't wait to wear it. And I would definitely recommend this company and will purchase again. After losing my hair to alopecia, I didn't know what to do. My confidence was at an all-time low. The only wigs I could find looked so fake and made me self-conscious. Then I found Nuolawigs, and everything changed. Their wigs look so realistic and are incredibly comfortable to wear. It feels like I have my own hair back, and the best thing is they lasts for a long time! You can curl them, straighten them, and even colour them when you want a change. Beautiful, realistic and great quality. These wigs have the most realistic hair line and part that I have seen in the market. The cap is comfortable and not itchy whatsoever. Just about to place an order for my second one! I wouldn’t recommend using wig tape as the hair line is delicate but wig glue I have no issue with

Absolutely amazing quality wig. I purchased a full HD lace wig of 20”, 180% density, with a custom cap size. It looks just as the images and videos on the website, and on their socials.
I am obsessed with the look and feel of the wig, it’s been made to such a high quality. There is little to no shedding! And the best part, I can actually wear it glueless without feeling the need to stick the lace down. It stays on and I feel confident and comfortable in it.
Nuola Wigs have been super helpful through out the whole experience providing updates and clear timelines of the wigs production. This was my first time buying with them, I will definitely be back to buy another wig with them again.

My hair has always been very thin. It is something that I learned to live with because I always felt wigs looked fake. But deep down I still desired a beautiful head of hair. Then one day while scrolling through facebook, an ad popped up showing a video of a girl putting on one of these wigs. It looked so beautiful and real! So after thinking about it for a few months, I took a chance and ordered one. Beings I was uneducated and knew next to nothing about wigs, I chatted back and forth with a representative from the company until we both understood what was requested. I'm getting ready to order my 2nd wig!

Best wig buying experience yet!

I visited Nuola Wigs to be measured for a custom unit and had the opportunity to try on a range of wigs in person. The team were super helpful and friendly through the process, and let me try on a wide range of styles. I then ordered a custom unit and received this ~10 weeks later. It was worth the wait!

I love my hair so much that I’ve just placed a second order with them. I expect I’ll be a repeat customer. The hair is the highest quality I have had (having tried a range of different brands for synthetic and human hair wigs) and it’s also the best fitting thanks to the custom cap construction.

If you’re tempted, try them. I highly recommend Nuola.
