I purchased a new Honda Civic Advance 2024 from Honda at Chiswick, and due to circumstances outside of the scope of the dealership, there were some problems with the vehicle.
Mr William Cramp General Sales Manager at Chiswick took up my case, promised to sort out the problem and sure enough, he remained true to his word and today did fully resolve my issue.
Honda Chiswick clearly value good customer service which is great to see.

I expected, having spent over £20,000 on a one owner car that it would have been available at the agreed time in good condition. It was not!!
I was shocked that the previous owners details regarding contacts and home would have been erased before handover.
I would have liked to have had more information on the car offered prior to leaving, particularly with regard to the safety features.
I was surprised that we have had to check tyres 3 times due to a warning which seemed only to require a recalibration rather than the need for air or a faulty tyre.

Car had scratch marks had to wait for Manager who just said needed a clean said would be half hour ended up a lot longer refused to enter pin till 💯 sure not offered to be shown how anything works just given keys no follow up from garage already doubting future encounters.

Had made arrangement to collect car one week in advance. Made my way from Scotland down to London and stayed overnight, planning to collect once showroom opens at 9am and drive back up north. Car had not been serviced, mot, inspected for handover. Had to wait 6 hours till late afternoon before handover.
Such a disappointment and poor service considering had arranged in advance and called to double check the day before collection to reconfirm everything is on schedule.

Yusuf Khan was very friendly and efficient in assisting me buy my Honda e Advance. He dealt with all my questions and we agreed a very good deal. I was a little apprehensive about buying a car in London as I had never driven an electric car before and didn’t know what refuelling would be like. When came to your showroom to consider buying a new Civic Elegance, the staff were helpful and could answer all my questions. However when placing the order I was firmly promised delivery by 21st march. The car was still not available when I went away on holiday for a week on 29th March. I was very disapponted to be misled.

Promised will field the fuel but without and the fuel tank is ALMOST empty!
The tyre are out of gas? How to pass the service your side promised? Will check all the tyres before I collect the car.

New car. I had plans to upgrading from my Honda Jazz to a new car. When I booked a day to see the sales team I was helped by Mr. Shane and he helped me to stop my current finance on the Jazz and start a new one on a HRV . Mr Shane and his manager Mr Daniel, maintained good communication by phone and e-mail during the process of waiting for it to arrive.
I will be sure be coming back for my next car upgrade.

The staff were courteous and the car was ready for me, as described on the arranged day, 29th March. I had requested it be fully charged, twice, and it was only 51% charged. I had to use a motorway services fast charger on my 120 mile journey to get home. I sent several emails with queries that were never answered. I also feel that I misled regarding the PCP deal that I agreed to. When I was asked for a £500 holding deposit on 1st March, I was informed (verbally) that this would cover the 1st payment and the remainder returned to me. When the finance documents were sent by email 3 days before collection, the £500 had been added to the finance / customer deposit and I was to make a further 36 payments as well. I accepted it because it was still a good deal for me, but it was not what I had expected. When I queried this by email, this was also not answered. Following my review, I was contacted by the sales manager regarding my issues. I have to agree to disagree with the explanation of the finance arrangements. Yes, they are mathematically correct as presented, but not quite as I had expected. I was, however refunded the extra charging I had to undertake to get the car home, so am I content to raise the review to 3/5.
