I bought a Honda Jazz and exchanged my old one. All proceeded smoothly, but it was often difficult to contact Aryan. When I did he was very helpful. I was initially told there was no manual (all online), but did eventually manage to get hold of the printed material.

I bought my new motorcycle 2 months ago, it came with a damaged front disc, I went to Honda 3 times, they didn't care about my problem, plus they wanted to charge me to fix it, considering I bought a new bike with a warranty. Horrible experience, second bike that I buy in 2 years with them. I had to pay for my pocket to be repaired😞

Salesman and ladies don’t want to come out of that glass office unless it’s really necessary it seems.

So I came in to buy a Honda I saw online. I called up and spoke to a young gentleman and booked an appointment. I was on time for me appointment and I didn’t remember the person that I spoke to, well the sales person didn’t even send me an appointment confirmation as I requested because I’m bad with names. So I spoke to this lovely young receptionist, looked like she was out of love island sipping away on redbull. She also didn’t take my name. I mean she is representing Honda. First person I saw when as I walked in, chewing gum sipping on redbull. Great look Chiswick Honda.

So after waiting for 20 mins, not even offered a drink or a seat this Eastern European young lady came out and her greeting was ‘how can I help?’ No introduction, don’t even know who she is, was dressed as if she worked at JD Sports. I explained I had an appointment, she rolled her eyes and said with attitude who with? I said I couldn’t remember and her reply was disgusting- ‘well if you don’t know how am I supposed to help you and then asked me to go and sit down like a naughty child in the corner’

Waited and waited no one came. I asked around and apparently she was the manager!!

I left disappointed, disrespected and furious. How can a manager talk in such a way to customers, no respect or regard was given. I looked inside the big glass office and could see her giggling with a long haired chap. So unprofessional.

I will never return to Chiswick Honda ever again.

The person who sold me the car was very pleasant but the service otherwise has been very annoying and frustrating. I am not sure why no one can get my name correct on any document. I have just received the document from the DVLA and again wrong name. This smacks of very poor customer service and lack of attention to detail.

The car I arranged the week before to collect was not there when I arrived to complete the transaction and drive away. And nor was the paperwork. A transaction that should have taken an hour took all day.

Rory Brent was brilliant with helping me find a bike and was helpful with general biking questions. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a bike.

An excellent experience overall.

Adrian is a fantastic Honda Representative who took care of me and covered all of the needs and requirements I had for purchasing a new vehicle. The Chiswick garage is excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous and every staff member I interacted with was very pleasant.

We bought the new Honda Civic Advance and it's a fantastic car to drive. Honda offer a range of very good offers when purchasing new. I would highly recommend them and the car.
