Brought a car from Honda Chiswick and I’ve driven the car for 6 months now. Need to take the car in for them to investigate as there’s something wrong with the gear stick. Called them about 20 times and no one has bothered to call me back. Management is appalling there. No one takes ownership and helps deal with customer queries. Worst car dealership

The communication was outstanding. Neil & Geanina were absolutely amazing when we purchased our car. I first asked for a video of the car which was sent in great detail. Whenever I emailed with a question I was always emailed back with answers even though they were busy. They both deserve 5* they were fantastic!

Despite numerous phone calls and emails I am still no further forward in resolving the issues I have with my car they seem to not want to know about my issues I even took time out to go to my local garage to get prices to have it fixed but no one is getting back to me despite me asking repeatedly to resolve this

I had my car MOT and service from Honda Chiswick after the Wimbledon branch was closed down mid last year and have received a poor service. So many mis communications during the process of pick and drop service as they didn't realise my car had a recall so ended up not having a car Friday through midday Monday. However my main issue is the charges for replacement brake pads and discs. I paid over £1k for this but Honda Orpington and Ewell both quoted me £747 for the same work! They have called it a menu price as recommended by Honda head office which they both follow where as Chiswick follow their own pricing-I feel like I have been ripped off by over £250. Yes I could have checked elsewhere first but what you gonna do when you get a call 5pm on a Friday? Unbelievable and poor service from David after sales manager when I complained about this over 2 weeks ago and same goes for Ibrahim. I have made a complaint to Honda head office also who have said they will be investigating as this branch seems disingenuous. Stay away.

Yesterday I bought a car from Chiswick Honda, I have been their Customer since 2019. Their Customer service is fantastic. The lovely Geneana and wonderful Aryan were so helpful.
