I’ve been a loyal customer of Chiswick Honda for some time now, always choosing to bring my car here for servicing and MOTs instead of going elsewhere. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me very disappointed.

The new staff I encountered during my latest visit were not friendly or welcoming, which is a stark contrast to the service I used to receive. On previous visits, the older staff were always professional, courteous, and clearly experienced – they made the process smooth and reassuring.

It’s disheartening to see the level of customer service decline, and sadly, this may be my last visit to Chiswick Honda. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience moving forward.

Chiswick Honda does very well and I found the negotiation on buying reasonable and rewarding for loyalty, this is my fifth Honda. Parking is a major issue for them as they have very little space because of the MG part although this is going. I’ve found the valeting very poor in the past but the new car was spotless on presentation this time.

All good except could have had run through of controls !

Aryan was the sales rep with whom I dealt. Absolutely first class treatment from him and I am delghted with the car.

Absolutely shocking service. Car booked in on the wrong day. Then absolutely no contact when I was expecting my car back the same day. Once I did finally get through to someone it was only because they wanted my money. Then didn't hear from them for 4 days (including the weekend). They finally called again (when they wanted the payment). As soon as the payment was taken, no contact about when they would get my car back to me. Nobody picked up the phone - I have called at least 6 times and left voicemails.
Taking my business elsewhere and I suggest everyone else does the same.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain the pros and cons of the cars we were considering.

I’ve purchased my MG from here after finding the car online. My salesman Fardin was very friendly and efficient. I wasn’t able to view the car beforehand as we live 60 miles away but Fardin did everything possible to show me the vehicle via a short video and answering all my questions. The car was also in great condition and valeted nicely when we picked it up. Good location for public transport as well. Thanks for a good and speedy experience.

The car is fine but the promised second key fob has not arrived after a month. I was told it would be with me in a couple of days. Poor customer service.

The staff at Chiswick Honda are phenomenal, very knowledgeable and helpful. However despite all the wonderful people there, they and the customer are let down greatly by the ridiculous online system which does not work as it should, each stage of verification and signing documents online resulted in a huge amount of wasted time on my part and theirs to try to find ways to make it work.

I would give the staff in Chiswick Honda 5+ stars and the online system 0 stars, I feel it unfair that the rating I have given is far lower than the staff deserve. Honda needs to scrap or rectify their ridiculous online system!

the service is great

Initially fantastic - salesman wasn’t too pushy, but instead respected my decision to test drive another car before making my mind up. Spoke with him later in the day to secure a deal which he was very helpful with. From this point onward .. slow communication meant I chased up 3/4 times just to get a response. Seemed like he gave everything to secure a deal and once my payment was made, it was clear that his focus had completely shifted. Moving on to the handover… sat waiting for approx 25/30 mins as he was with another customer despite me booking a handover slot 6 days prior!? Car was nowhere to be seen; this took another 20 mins once he eventually came over to me. Car absolutely stunk and overall handover took a while. Seemed as though it was super unorganised. My type R had more likely than not had a quick panic wash, probably with a dirty cloth hence the odour. All in all, not completely terrible, but I’d have a difficult time recommending.

I took my car for a service at Honda Chiswick on 25th April. I had agreed to have Bridgestone tyres fitted, but when I checked on 28th April, I discovered that Falken tyres had been installed instead — without informing me or asking for my approval.
I feel deceived. I trusted the service team to carry out what we had agreed, and I was not told about any change. Downgrading to a different tyre brand without my knowledge or consent is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, I was at the service centre from 11:30 AM and only received my car back at 4:50 PM, just before closing time. I was left waiting for hours without clear updates and ended up being very late for my commitments.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Honda Chiswick. Transparency, honesty, and respect for customers should be a basic standard, especially for those with service plans. Very disappointing.

We were looked after by Yusuf who was great to work with, straight forward, honest and helpful. He didn't rush me which made me want to buy the car even more. I'd definitely return and know that I can always call him with queries.
