Hi Paul!
Thank you so much for leaving such a lovely review about your experience with Northgate.
I'm truly sorry to hear about the road traffic accident your colleague was involved in, but it's heartening to know that the situation was handled so well by the Stoke branch.
It's instances like these that demonstrate the dedication and excellent service we like to provide to our customers.
The branch will be thrilled to hear the positive feedback you have left.

I can't fault the service and…
I can't fault the service and helpfulness of stoke branch from the front desk to the mechanics in the workshop and there mobile mechanics, I've had a number of issues which I've needed help with but Stoke branch have always gone above and beyond in helping resolve them for us even when the problem was at other branches.... 10/10 Soke branch......👍
It's a shame that the rest of there branches aren't modeled on stoke....
I've been quite fortunate with all of my dealings with northgate across the board most of the time but some of my colleagues haven't been so lucky and have received terrible service ranging from long waits, empty promises and extremely bad attitudes from the help desks in branches.....
