AVOID AVOID AVOID
AVOID AVOID AVOID! Do not sign any document without reading and do not thrust any word they are promising, they have advised us to select 12 months rent, but what they didnt say, you have no rights to cancel it even though the engineers you have hired no longer work for you. Very dodgy firm, i wouldnt use this firm never again, they will bombard you with invoices and bills with no reason...

Hi Levent,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to read how frustrated and disappointed you feel, and we understand how upsetting it can be when an agreement doesn’t work out as you expected, particularly when business circumstances change.
We want to be clear that we never intend for customers to feel misled or unsupported. Our rental terms are designed to be transparent, but we recognise that longer agreements can feel restrictive if they’re not fully explained or if situations change unexpectedly. It’s concerning to hear that you feel this wasn’t made clear at the time, and that the follow-up communication has added to your frustration.
We would genuinely welcome the opportunity to review this properly and look into what advice was given, how the agreement was explained, and the billing concerns you’ve raised. If you’re willing, please contact us directly at Invoice.Queries@northgate.co.uk with your specific details and invoice number so a senior member of the team can review the situation and provide you a more clarifying response.
Your feedback is important, and we take comments like this seriously as they help us identify where we need to improve how we communicate and support our customers.
Take Care,
Emily

I have a van from here hired via my company,
I had a tyre light come on the dash, added air but the light is still on,
I brought it down to north gate where the gentlemen on the desk came out to look at my tyres right away, he couldn’t see any issues but recommended it to go into the workshop to check in detail.
He got my van in there and then, and whilst waiting made me a coffee :)
Amazing customer services and feels like nothing is too much of an ask!
Thank you to the people down at north gate for making my Monday morning run a lot smoother than it could have been!
