Always helpful and accommodating.
I took my van in to have a fault looked at, unfortunately the van couldn’t be fixed same day but Tim sorted me a replacement van in no time and they got the annual service completed while waiting for the parts to save me a return trip. They were patient with me and accommodated me moving lots of kit between vans, and a couple of chaps in the workshop asked if i needed help as well. I had a problem with the hire van but I called the workshop and the gent on the phone talked me through a simple fix to allow me to continue my day with minimal disruption. Very friendly team, always happy to help.

We're also pleased that the team were patient and accommodating while you transferred your equipment, and that the workshop staff were on hand to help when needed. It's wonderful to hear that a simple phone call helped resolve the issue with the hire van and kept disruption to a minimum.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We'll be sure to pass your kind words on to Tim and the team. 🌟
