Trying to book a van in for a service into the Leeds workshop is proving an impossible thing to do! I can't get through on the phone because no one pick it up, then being passed around for 10 minutes by someone at Darlington, and then Leeds don't reply to emails!

Great team
After a rough time with repeat faults on a vehicle, Samantha went way above my expectations by arranging a replacement van.
To be fair I always feel valued as a customer when I visit the Leeds branch and always greeted with a smile by the team there.
