Poor quality for a jacket I bought specifically to protect from cold. I do not recommend this brand. The after sales service is as horrible as their products...

Contacted back in November 2025 and am still awaiting a response! Appalling customer service! I'll not be buying clothes from them in the future.

The color of the shirt has nothing to do with the real color. The website picture is retouched and so much brighter. The shirt you buy is not the shirt you get. When you ask an explanation to the customer service, you get lost.

Have never come across worse customer services
Received a faulty item of clothing
On their return policy they state that the customer is responsible for postage of return items with the usual options of why you are returning such as wrong size or not as expected etc
The cost of returning an item from the US to Denmark is ridiculous without corporate discount which many other shops provide to reduce cost for customers
Sent Norse projects and email ( there is no contact number). Several days after the initial automated response that their customer services are busy during this season they sent a polite reply requesting more information
Sent them more details including a video of the fault
Since then they have not responded but have also ignored my emails for the past 6 weeks

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

On average 1-2 months of waiting time to get a reply from their customer service, phone numbers to stores does not work and worst is broken promises.

I won't buy their products again!

No customer service. For what seems like a reputable brand, to not even reply to customers, is poor. Will not buy from them again and will advise mates within network to avoid too.

I try to avoid leaving bad reviews but if after multiple follow up attempts on email without reply, I’m left with no other choice.

Do not order from this company. I ordered 3 items a while ago and wanted to return two of the items. The return never got picked up and I have tried to contact them many times - They do NOT Answer. The customer service is non-existing. No answers after at least 4-5 emails and reminders. Be aware!
