Norse Store Arvostelua 

Købte en trøje over norsestore.com som jeg sendte retur samme aften som jeg modtog den hvor jeg selvfølgelig anvender deres returlabel. Efter to uger hvor jeg ikke havde hørt noget fra Norse Store, kontaktede jeg dem for at få bekræftet den var afleveret.

Dertil skulle jeg vente en hel uge på svar hvor jeg så fik at vide de ikke kunne finde min pakke og de ville vende hurtigt tilbage.

Herefter gik der en uge uden svar og jeg rykker dem igen hvor jeg så får at vide at vide at det er mit problem at pakken er ved en pakkeshop som de ikke kan hente fra og jeg må kontakte post nord.

I mellemtiden er mine penge i klemme og Norse store har ikke vist nogle tegn på at gøre en minimal indsats for at gøre situationen bedre.

I bought a Mac Nanamica for a little over 700 euros from Norse Store. I returned it two days after receiving it, so I should theoretically have been refunded 100%. However, my package remained at a pickup point that they never collected it from. I contacted customer service, which took nearly two weeks to respond, telling me that they couldn’t find any return in their system. I replied, and by the time they got back to me, the package had been sent back to France.

Tried to order shoes from them. They claim within a day they try to handle it. After 5 days of silence I myself had to email them asking if something went wrong. They assured me everything was alright and finally updated the status to 'processing' after two days I get an email my order was rejected reasoning the product was out of stock, but failed to update their site where the product was still up or send me and email within the week of "handeling" and "processing". If you're looking for an absolute dreadful experience definitely shop here

God service, fik en lækker trøje i god kvalitet i en fart, takket være en kvik og samarbejdsvillig medarbejder.

Havet dog håbet på også at finde et par bukser og selvom der var massere i høj kvalitet så var der ikke nogle der præcist matchet mit behov.

En fed butik med både fysisk butik og webshop, top på smag og kvalitet. Jeg shopper altid på deres webshop, hvor leveringen altid er punktlig, og de har altid et friskt og fedt udvalg af tøj.

I ordered a north face jacket from Greece with a discount about 50%. I had some concerns about the genuineness and if I was gonna get scammed. I ordered Sunday and my product arrived in Tuesday with DHL and a continuous update from both Norse stores and DHL. Really trustful.

Despicable customer service. Never in my life have I experienced such disgraceful customer service. I was sent jeans that were labeled incorrectly, and have been through a months long ordeal trying to get a refund for them. The CS attendants refute factual, proven information that is clearly stated in writing, they are manipulating, gaslighting pieces of work. Good luck to anyone who chooses to shop with the company. They will make your life worse.

Fantastic !!! Can't understand all the bad reviews...I ordered some very expensive Visvim boots, they were nearly half price on Sale, plus it included All import taxes and Free post too the U.K. they arrived in less than 48 hours ...amazing service thanks guys !!!

Good experience
I ordered a pair of designer shoes on sale that ended up being too big for me. The parcel arrived to me in a few days with dhl. I had to pay for the return shipment to Denmark but I was prepared for that. They received my return yesterday and today I got my money back through paypal. Communication about the return was swift with their support email. Would use Norsestore again.

I bought a trainer from Norse Store in Denmark with a big sale on it, 55% off, the shipping fee was reasonable ( 11 EUR), and I got it delivered within two days with their DHL express partner, it is a fast and smooth experience with no hurdles, which is fantastic to me. I highly recommend the website.

Lyset var tændt og døren var åben så jeg gik ind for at kigge. Jeg var alene i butikken og så ikke noget personale heller. Jeg fandt 2 stykker tøj jeg gerne vil kløbe og havde lagt dem på disken - jeg begyndet at sige "Hallo..." sof at se om jeg kunne finde noget personale. har på det tidspunkt været i butikken alene i 5-10 min.
Op fra kælderen kom en fyr. Han kigger på mig og siger "vi åbner først om 40 min"!
"Nå for søren det var ikke nemt at se når døren var åben og lyset var tænt" svarer jeg.
Han svarer... "Den samtale gidder jeg ikke at have"
Jeg spørger om det er hans butik - og han svarer at han er butikschef!
Jeg meddeler ham at jeg syntes det er ekstremt dårlig service og forlader butikken.

Er det "Norse Store" at have en butikschef der afviser en kunde der har lagt varer på disken - fordi han sikkert har glemt at låse døren da han åbnede - yder en så dårlig service og dømmekraft og er uforskammet i processen?

Har handlet her længe, og har kun godt at sige. Virkelig fedt tøj og service.

Purchased 2 Norse sweatshirts from a retailer in the UK. This is not a review of the service but the products purchased. On purchasing the sweatshirts the fit and feel was perfect. However after washing the sweatshirt in a 30 degree wash the garment shrunk in length by around 3 inches (7/8 cm) and looked awful after the initial wash. feeding back to Norse directly, they were not interested and pointed me back in the direction of the retailer. My issue was to do with materials and quality of the production of the garments. The second sweatshirt was washed in my mothers machine on a cold hand wash selection and the result was the same. These sweatshirts were over £100 each. I would not purchase from this company again

I hardly complain about anything, I placed an order March 31st . I have not received my order. Last update was April 16th. I have emailed this company with no reply. I will not order anything else from them!

Purchased a bag and it arrived with dirt and glue marks all over. Zero follow up from their CS. Disappointing

Buyer beware. Ordered online and the package got missing due to incompetence from both the store and GLS. No options were given in the meantime besides just waiting for the outcome of GLS' investigation; which they found but sent it back to Denmark with no particular explanation. Terrible customer experience as no options were giving after informing GLS mishandled of the package besides waiting for GLS' investigation.

NS offered to send it again via DHL but I cannot trust them as a company so I will opt for the other option given the full refund instead.

Nice products but I cannot recommend buying online.

When the package was identified as lost/misplaced I would have expected as a customer either a replacement is shipped or the option for a refund, because that's what most businesses (even small ones) do in this case. But not having these options in front of me as a customer frustrated me and I felt stuck in limbo because of a miscommunication between the store and its shipping partner.

Udover det er der kæmpe bøvl med at få pengene tilbage/ tilsendt en ny vare.
