Terrible! Zero communications but then I constantly get blasted with marketing emails. Items take over 2 months to arrive and not a single word from them.

Awful customer service- actually non existent. I ordered 3 earrings - paid for two day shipping . It’s now 17 days later - sent COUNTLESS emails to their support email and Instagram messages and still never received the earrimgs. Tracking with FedEx said it was never picked up . Beyond frustrating bc I really wanted the earrings. So bummed . I had to file a complaint with my credit card but literally tried about 50 times to figure this out with them before doing the chargeback.

paid 150$ for a pinky ring and it just completely rusted and they’re awful about customer service.. save your money for real sustainable jewelry!

My order was never received. I sent four emails asking for help and no one responded.

AliExpress quality customer service is hard to reach and when I asked to make exception and refund I won’t ever use their store credit, items are cheap and half price on AliExpress, they replied with a no, in two days not 24 hours like promised. Horrible shop I wish I read customer reviews before I purchased.

Aurelie Berdugo and Noa Jewelry is a scam. The deleted my comments on social media for help. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau (suggest you do too) and opened a dispute with my credit card.

First they said I couldn’t use my credit in a sale - that took them a month. Then they said to go ahead and buy and they’ll give me discount prices. So I did and they went silent. This is what scam artists do.

Honestly looks like a small operation, her business address is a home. Her imaginary glamorous life is clearly fake.

Terrible product and customer service. I spent over $100 on a ring and it was tarnished within five days. You can get better quality on Amazon for a fraction of the price. Emailed customer service to try to resolve the issue and no response. Shockingly disappointed in this company and their products.

They stopped responding to me after I told them that they sent a defective necklace. Do not purchase from them. They have poor customer service and non existent customer communication.

I returned two items and was told they only give credit. I wanted to make a new purchase with my credit but I get the same email response back that they will be in touch in 24 hours. It's been 3 weeks and nothing. There is no customer service and no phone number.

I’m very disappointed with the jewelry and customer service!
I was unable to get the back on the earring post and my attempt resulted in bending the post and was afraid it would actually break off. I emailed and they asked for video which I sent and have since emailed 3 more times due to lack of response and have heard nothing back. There is no customer service phone number. Do NOT buy!!!$110 dollar earrings I’ve never been able to wear!

UK CUSTOMER: you expect high quality earrings but in turn all you get is high paid FALSE marketing and 0 customer service. My earrings stained black marks and still NO REPLY to my email!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with NOÄ Jewelry.
I purchased the Countess Bracelet at the end of April because it was advertised as waterproof and designed for everyday wear. After only 3 weeks, the bracelet had already begun to tarnish significantly. I took care of the bracelet and did not even wear it in the water, and I expected much better quality given the claims made on the website.
What has been even more frustrating is the customer service experience. When I contacted the company, I received an automated response promising a reply within 24 hours. That timeframe passed without any meaningful follow-up or assistance. I sent a follow-up email and received the same automated response, but still did not receive any actual help or response from a representative. Despite making multiple attempts to contact customer service, my inquiries went unanswered. As a customer, it is disappointing to be left waiting while trying to resolve an issue with a product that has not performed as advertised.

The bracelet tarnished within just a few weeks despite being advertised as waterproof and durable. Combined with the lack of responsive customer service and multiple unanswered attempts to seek assistance, this experience has left me very dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this brand based on my experience.

Very disappointed with my experience. The quality of the jewelry did not meet my expectations, and after receiving part of my order, I requested that the remaining pre-order items be canceled. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, communication was extremely difficult and responses were limited. I am still trying to resolve the issue and obtain a refund for the unshipped items. Based on my experience, customer service and communication need significant improvement.
