Awful! Waited over a month for it to arrive, opened the parcel and the box was soggy, the whole contents had leaked, total waste of money! Plus when you order it automatically signs you up to a subscription, avoid!!!!!!

Don’t bother. Either doesn’t show up and you get charged twice or it comes damaged and it doesn’t work. Also they won’t give you your money back

What went wrong.

Firstly, I didn't like the way the account has set up. Customer's don't have the freedom to skip monthly orders. In order to cancel subscription we have to email them.

Secondly, I wasn't aware you have receive your first order plus first month subscription inorder to cancel subscription. Its fine, I understand the policy. But, they made me pay for the 3 rd time and when I ask to cancel the order for the 3rd month they said they can't. I have to understand the situation they said.

Its my fault I have trusted them.

In terms of product. I don't necessary felt it's that good as marketed. Similar effect as had a mint, stay for a bit and it's stop working unless you spray every 10 minutes.

Another scam report, but mine never even arrived. I ordered a month ago, the eta after shipment was for weeks ago, it hasn’t arrived. Checked the tracking, said it was still on the way and there hadn’t been updates to the tracking info in weeks. I reached out to customer service. Customer service said huh? It looks like it was delivered? I checked the same tracking number provided by tillybare that I had JUST looked at and it had been changed to DELIVERED right after I emailed them, you guys!!!! It obviously was not delivered in the time between my email and their response. Buried in the original confirmation email, I found an official fedex tracking number (different from the tillybare tracking number) that reported the package was of course still in transit. Anyways, I’m escalating to my bank if they don’t refund so they get flagged. **BUyEr BeWArE**

It’s an absolute scam - don’t let them rob you.

Scam! I ordered 2 products, unfortunately didn't check the reviews here before! The products have a removable sticker with brand logo on it, it looks so cheap and fake. I don't think these products have anything to do with probiotics. The liquid is so disgusting, cannot use it.
Plus, they want to charge me every month for the subscription, although it was saying you can cancel it anytime!

Bought this because of the “probiotic” marketing, but after receiving it I realized there’s almost no transparency about where it’s actually manufactured. I couldn’t find clear information about production, testing, or safety standards, which is concerning for something you spray directly into your mouth. It honestly feels like a generic drop-shipped product from China

Even one star is too much for the fake product I received from Tilly Bare; really disappointed.

my wife bought the item through facebook reel. she didnt know it was subscription based. first order was not the correct brand. keep deducting and sending the item every month. email contact was slow in reply. we hav to block our credit card jus to stop future deduction. The item didnt seem to be good and my wife dare not use them.

Support email they have provided is not responsive. They practically have no support service

I wish I had looked on here, before I ordered from the company 🙁 they are terrible,the goods are crap cheap and they don't tell you about the subscription untill it's too late. do not buy

This is a scam.

If you try to buy they sign you up to a subscription.

There is nowhere to cancel the subscription.

They then say you have to pay double to cancel your subscription.

Intentionally misleading and difficult. Not worth the trouble.

I’m honestly really disappointed with this product. It feels like a complete waste of money. The packaging is cheap and poorly made—the spray nozzle keeps coming loose, which makes it frustrating to use.

As for the spray itself, it’s basically like water. There’s no minty freshness at all, and it doesn’t feel effective in any way. It definitely doesn’t deliver what it promises.

What makes it worse is the subscription issue. I now have to pay for it again because it’s on auto-renewal, and cancelling hasn’t been straightforward. When I contacted customer service, I was told I could cancel the subscription—but that doesn’t change the fact that I’m stuck having already paid for a product that doesn’t work, and I’m now expecting another bottle of the same poor quality.

Overall, very frustrating experience and not something I would recommend.

One Star is to much . If you order one you have a bandle that I never wanted . Just wanted to Check if the product is good . The lip Ball they offer gratis smells Like Motor oil and task like it . The mouth fragrance taste like wate with mini taste no I don t wanted a boundle but they make one of my order … so stress to unscrive … the second boundle order was taken from my account after i still don’t have it . It still on the way as they say … this looks and feels like a scam . And it arrives in very Cheeseburger Plastik conditions . Honestly Save Your Money I am not even sure it works agains mouth smell .
