More Than Just a Watch
I absolutely love my Hawk Flare. The orange dial is beautiful, and the Tritium illumination looks incredible at night. NITE’s customer service was excellent—Gail was incredibly helpful, quick, and clear with every response. International shipping to Taiwan was also surprisingly fast. This is my 30th birthday gift to myself, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice!

I bought an Alpha watch a number of years ago. It started to lose time so had to bite the bullet and have it serviced. The whole process was incredibly straightforward and I received regular contact by phone and Email. The service was excellent value and I am deeply impressed with the service received from this company. I have had Tags and Omega in the past. Nite are an amazingly reliable and affordable alternative.

I bought the military MX10 in November…
I bought the military MX10 in November of 2024. The band keeps breaking. I ordered a new band last year; they seem to last about 10 months. No unusual use, I work an office job. The rubber component needs to be increased, too much plastic. This time, because I'm over it, I'm putting it in the trash where it belongs.

We are currently working with a new strap manufacturer to improve the fit and quality of the rubber straps we currently have, they should be available towards the end of the year. My first 'NITE' watch, have had others over the past two decades . Bought the Nite Hawk 'Blackout' feels comfortable to wear, i had the Metal strap, its very light compared to previous makes ive had, so far, ticks all the right boxes, glad i made the move to NITE

The watch is excellant
The watch is excellant, very well made and robust, but a small criticism, I had mine inscribed with the details of my Clipper sailing details and the webbing strap covers the back of the watch so this cannot be seen without taking the strap off...

Hello Les, thank you for your feedback, the only space for engraving is on the case back of the watch, we do sell a Rubber two part strap or metal bracelet hat doesn't cover the case back but all webbing straps will be fitted across the back of any watch. Other straps available on our website.

Nite go the extra mile
I needed an extra link for a six year old watch. Nite staff could not have been more helpful. Really pleased with the care taken to ensure that the correct link was sent for what is an old model strap.

MX10 New Battery and Service
My MX10 needed a new battery and service. As live fairly locally I popped it into Nite watches myself. The guys did an excellent job and returned the watch to me in just over a week. The watch is gleaming again and keeps great time.
