Extremely smooth process, I received my watch in days of placing my order. Excellent watch for the money, I hardly notice it on my wrist it fits so well and is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company.

Thank you for your unexpected review so soon after our email correspondence this afternoon. As explained in our trail of emails, you have been sent these tracking numbers automatically generated when we produce the shipping label, I explained we are having issues with locating your address with the courier as it does not recognise your City and I have raised an investigation into this with the Courier to get your item shipped to you. Please accept this is not poor Customer Service, we are trying to solve the issue and I have asked you to ignore the tracking information you are sent unless it is on an email direct from myself, when we know the label is correct and we can ship with confidence that your order will reach you.

I recieved my Nite Alpha Crest 2 weeks ago. Taking receipt of my watch was totally brilliant, only a few days between ordering and delivery. The people in Nite HQ were always informative, polite and kept me updated. I have previously owned a Nite while I was serving in the Army so knew what to expect. Nevertheless , I must say they have kept the same standard I remember. Thank you for a stressless experience.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. Quick and easy, ordered the Hawk Blackout on the Friday. It arrived on the Saturday.
I ordered it with the metal braclet. The one that turned up had a rubber one on. Sent in a quick email, bear in mind it was a bank holiday weekend so no one at work till the Tuesday. The lady sorted it straight away and sent out the correct braclet.
Customer service brilliant. Watch is brilliant. Buy one, you won’t be disappointed! And I mean that. This watch is going to get abused when I go back to sea!

Good parts service. Rubber watch strap on Alpha difficult to install.
The web site and ordering process for new watch straps works well. After five years the watch continues to keep time, look great, remains watertight and crystal is not scratched. Part prices a little high. No gold colored metal Alpha watch strap available. Fed Ex delivery was a few days.
Removing old rubber watch strap with supplied tool was not possible. Cut it off. Could not install new strap with supplied tool.

We do appreciate that the rubber straps are not always easy to fit without practise, they have to be tightly fitting to stay secure. We are always happy to fit watch straps but know this is not always feasible when buying from abroad. Thank you for your feedback
