Très bon outil pour faire du suivi d'appels.
On peut ajouter des messages au début des appels, et faire des enchainements très pratique.
Une chose que j'aurais ajouté c'est la possibilité de protéger les appels des robots et botnets... c'est quelque chose qui n'est pas encore disponible en France mais qui serait très utile.
Je recommande.

We really liked their payment model…
We really liked their payment model which is what initially attracted us to give it a try. We have used different trackers in the past and found our end-of-month Invoices were eating into our profits. Nimbata's per-call cost significantly reduced our call tracking expenses by 70% in comparison to previous trackers. The Nimbata Team has been really responsive to our requests, as they have implemented a lot of the minor/major recommendations that we have given to them which has made our experience even better using the platform to date.

We are a marketing agency and LOVE Nimbata
We are a marketing agency and use call tracking to gauge the success of our work. We have used several companies in this space, most recently CallRail, which unfortunately kept getting worse. Each time their support would fail to fix issue after issue, and they would then break each promise they made that things would improve.
We decided to try Nimbata based on their pricing model and their promise of good support.
We are coming up on a year with them and I can say their support is not good, it is GREAT! They are honest, do what they say they will, and are truly there to help.
We are very happy with our choice to go with Nimbata. It has been our best decision in the call tracking space in over a decade.

Nimbata is evverything we need, to track our phone calls conversions. Helps us optimize our campaign on google ads, and facebook ads, by sending automatically the conversions to Google ads. It is pretty easy to use
