The folks on the FreshLearn team are the best part of the platform! They're always willing to help and were able to guide me to get up and running very quickly and have patiently answered every question I've had! It's a great platform and the people are excellent to work with!

Last August, I canceled my subscription However, in September, I was charged the subscription fee incorrectly and without my authorization! I have contacted support and yet I dont have any answer for my issue!

FreshLearn has been great from the start.
Great on-boarding, easy to use and very responsive customer support via email. Along with telephone calls and bookable video call support.
They have gone above and beyond with technical support. Response to my support requests are very fast.

I needed to change my domain and email domain and didn't have the knowledge needed to complete the task. I reached out to the support team at FreshLearn and they had the solution and handled it for me. Now I can advertise my new links and email with the new address. FreshLearn is where your dreams and vision come together! Always a 5-star rating for their customer service!

We chose freshlearn after our current LMS became too expensive. First, their pricing structure is much less than their competitors. There were things we needed to make our jobs easier, and they were willing to make changes that allowed our courses to work better and you cannot ask for better customer service. This is a real review and we give them 5 stars.

I struggled to set up my DNS records with GoDaddy. They don't have real people on their helplines anymore. I clicked the help button on FreshLearn and was instantly connected to Frank. In 5 mins, we had connected everything. Like so many small businesses, I'm not an IT person. It's great to be able to jump on a call or chat with FreshLearn and have them walk me through the tech parts above my pay grade.

Customer support during set up has been fantastic. Very good communication. You can book in a support call with ease. Both support calls were excellent and answered all of my questions.

The most affordable LMS with all the features needed for a coach or businesses to run their operations.
The most important thing that I appreciate with more than 3 years of relationship with them is their customer support - the best.

I operate a large educational platform, school, and educational institute. Previously, I was hosted on the Teachable platform for five years. Over that time, Teachable raised its prices for hosting considerably without a corresponding increase in services. Instead, they actually reduced the number of services being offered for the higher cost! For example, a hard limit on the number of courses I could offer at the same fee. I researched the top ten platforms for educational content hosting and decided FreshLearn overall served our needs at the best value and decided to "pull the trigger". It took a month to do the migration and learn the FreshLearn back end and operational methods. The staff at FL was responsive, and we were able to handle the issues during the migration. They listened to my concerns, and we made good progress. The migration from Teachable is now complete, and I am very satisfied. I definitely recommend the FreshLearn educational platform. Cheers
