As a first time buyer, going through this process can be very stressful and intimidating. I started my house buying process and from the word go, Naamah from New Home Mortgage was fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for a more portage advisor. She was so patient, answered all my questions, gave the best advice from her professional point of view and reassured me every step of the way. I would sometimes email her anxiously and she would reassure me by calling me or organising a team’s call.
It is very rare you meet someone who loves their role wholeheartedly , someone so passionate and caring. I am so grateful to have gone through this house building process with Naamah by my side.

We felt really supported by Megan Dean throughout the process and were reassured by regular updates both on the phone and via email, and even post mortgage offer. The service is great for first time buyers especially, NHMH provide step-by-step guides to support you through the whole process of buying a home. The only thing we would advise is to do research on life insurance etc and not feel pressured into doing it through your mortgage advisor.

Our mortgage advisor said that he didn’t see a problem with obtaining a mortgage. So we proceeded with the application. Then the lender rejected the application as the house we were buying could only be sold to someone with local connections to the area. The mortgage advisor did not show any due diligence in the whole process and we are really unhappy. We paid 399 for a life time advisor but as soon as the mortgage did not get accepted it was impossible to gain contact with advisor.
Very unhappy with the service I have received after being told it would be straight forward.

Marina Leonard took over as my mortgage progressor once the initial stage was complete, and I couldn't have felt more supported and looked after. She kept me up to speed at every step of the process, and when a couple of hiccups arose with the mortgage provider, she did whatever was necessary to iron them out — chasing the provider and keeping me fully in the loop throughout. She was always cheery and encouraging, while fully managing my expectations and never promising more than she could deliver. Hopefully I won't need a mortgage again, but if I did, I'd definitely come back to NHM and ask for Marina by name.

Michaela Withers and the entire team provided an outstanding service throughout our mortgage application. I cant recommend this company enough through all of my question. a house change and multiple changes to my mortgage to get the best rate Declan has been outstanding in the way he has communicated with us and how he has explained the pros and cons of each option cant recommend enough.
