Of all the flying simulator cockpits I looked at, NLR had everything I was looking for in one package. Pricing was very competitive. When I emailed for Customer Support on some questions, the reply was rapid and complete. Quality product and the new seat with lumbar support is outstanding.

Rig was super easy to assemble and is very sturdy. Excellent fit and finish. Was missing parts, but have been told the parts and being shipped to me expeditiously. Will provide update after parts arrive, build is complete, and is put to use

Love my ES1 Hypercool. The fit is perfect for me and much better than my previous recliner seat. The cooling function is excellent at keeping me from getting hot even during long sessions.

Service was excellent! Alec was very helpful and helped fix my issue in no time!

Everything arrived promptly and setup was easy. Works good for my SIM racing setup. Only issue I had was that the way my monitor mounted it blocked some of the display connections on the back and I was barely able to connect the HDMI. It's going to require some modifications and a different cord if I want to connect the display port.

I would give it 5 stars if you allowed for a bit more wiggle room for us large sized folks… Fanatec wheel base does not line up to the plate so a table clamp was used. The bottom lip of the seat could use a built in pad over the bar for comfort and include more nuts n bolts because they fly all over the place when you put it together lol… The build quality and the quick latch system are 10/10 and very good looking I might add… I say if it were $150 shipped instead of over 225 shipped would make this a 5 star chair all day. Add what I suggested and again, 5 stars.

I contacted Next Level Racing because I had an issue with the backrest of my GTRacer 2.0 seat, which caused an uncomfortable pressure point during use. The support team handled my case very professionally and took the problem seriously.

Calieb was especially helpful throughout the process. He responded in a friendly and professional way, explained the situation clearly, and arranged a replacement backrest for me. The communication was smooth, and I really appreciate the effort to find a solution instead of simply dismissing the issue as a comfort-related problem.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the support experience and with the way Next Level Racing handled my case. Great customer service and a very positive experience.

Bought the F-GT Pro last autumn, and I have got to say it is a cool piece of kit. However, one of the small end caps that sit at the end of the steel box sections got caught and cracked as they don’t sit perfectly flush. Now that one is missing it does take away from the overall look of the rig. Not a problem I thought, I’ll just contact customer service and order some spares, or so I thought.

I’ve had no response to the multiple attempts at contacting them, and with me spending so much money on a rig I am disappointed at their lack of communication. They could do so much better.

I’ve been using my cockpit for the last two weeks and it’s perfect. Once you get it dialed in how you like it you won’t need to adjust it again. 10/10

I needed some specific replacement parts for my seat that weren't available on the website, so I contacted Next Level Racing to see if it would be possible to purchase them separately. They were happy to help, and from that moment the whole process was incredibly smooth and fast.
