Bought the HFS Haptic first than up graded to the PRO after 7 months had an issues with control panel and without any problems they replaced it. The customer service was the best that I have ever dealt with. Great company and products have recommanded it to everyone

Ordered Flight Sim Seat 2.0. Received it very quickly, free shipping!, well boxed, went together perfectly. Did not mount perfectly on my DOF H4 as the mounting rails don't quite line up with the holes on the DOF, but after a slight tweak (had to mount the seat about 1/4 inch off center) it works fine. The seat is extremely well made and comfortable for long flights, the adjustable arm rests and back support is wonderful. I am so pleased with this chair over my previous "gaming" chair I had been using. Highly recommend this chair for civilian and commercial flights. There are no holes in the back to mount a harness, but you could mount a lap belt. Definitely worth the money if you are into flight simulators and long flights

After checking the issue, they promptly shipped a replacement unit, which arrived quickly and works perfectly. Bought a ERS3 after watch many reviews on line on what a great seat it was with the hyper cool feature. Well got it pretty easy to put together. Mounting it to my TR8 Pro rig took a little extra work with the way the TR seat mounts to the ERS3. Seat falls pretty good. But the hyper cool is way over hyped. On low you can barely feel anything on high you get a little breeze. So for the money I would pass on it to much hype and not enough actual design. A variable speed knob would be a much better switch then just hi and low.

I have three Next level Racing stands 2.0.
I use one for Moza racing and the other two for my flight stands. Logitech rudder pedals just fit and the Turtle Beach rudder pedals fit easily with room to spare. These stands are built solid and look great too! They are heavy, so I use a 12 x 12 inch dolly when folded to move them around. I highly recommend them.

Not much to say other than everything went as smoothly as it could have. Placed the order and received my order quickly. I've had a few Next Level Racing products through the years and have been very happy with the company. Would definitely recommend them.

originally a 1 star for customer service but now 3 stars because they eventually helped. After having a defective motor in my HF8 I started my support claim on July 9 and it took until August 25 to receive a replacement. This was after many emails and them sending a replacement that never arrived. I also didn't receive any real support until after I had leave a negative review.
