Very proactive customer service in rectifying a mistake in my order.

Newsstand customer service were brilliant when an edition of my mum's magazine subscription wasn't delivered. They replied promptly to my email saying it must have been lost in the post and as a result extended my mum's subscription to compensate for the missing edition. So refreshing to receive such a personable service. Fantastic!

I fully recommend. Worth it. Also it have fast support service.

Outstanding customer service. There were supply issues with a magazine I order regularly due to covid but the guys kept me updated over a period of around a year. The magazine is now in circulation again and I will receive my order in the next few days. I'm looking forward to ordering many more issues in the coming years with these guys.

Sadly mum passed away so cancelled magazine subscription. Very helpful , polite and above all very understanding .not many like you guys , keep up the good work .

I had a magazine subscription but was unhappy with the magazine (the latest issue was an exact copy of a previous issue).

Newsstand happily cancelled my subscription and refunded me the one I had an issue with.

Will absolutely use newsstand again and fully recommend them. I do however not recommend Let's Make Crochet by Bookazine, they suck.

Yet another brilliant bit of service - ordered Tour de France prog on the Tuesday night and though it’d do well to arrive before the Saturday race start. It arrived the Thursday morning - I shouldn’t be surprised, yet again they deliver metaphorically and literally. Thanks again!

My husband and I wanted to say thank you very much for the excellent service that we received from you. We missed out on a magazine special a few months ago and your reminder service to order the next one was brilliant. We ordered it and it was sent out less than an hour later and arrived the next day.

It is so rare to receive such great service nowadays that it makes us all the more appreciative when something works this well.

I have been dealing with Newsstand for at least ten years. They are my go to for British magazines every month. I highly recommend them as well for their quality service which is always first rate.

Lovely friendly company. Easy to deal with, great communication and most importantly - very professional. They have recently also been very compassionate regarding the loss of my mum. Well done Jonathan and the team - old-fashioned good service! A rarity these days.

Excellent service and customer care. Applied for 3 subscriptions to receive in the US and service is spot on. Customer service is very responsive and issues are fixed very quickly.

Ordered a magazine a week ago, and it says est dispatch day is 25/5/21 Tue on the order confirmation mail.
I sent an email to them asking about my order on the night 25/5/21.
After 2 days since the est dispatch day, I haven’t heard anything including the reply to my email from them.
And when I called to the CS number this morning, he said due to the shortage of the magazine it will take 2-3 more weeks to dispatch.
I understand the situation, but they should informed all the customers about the lateness of dispatch when they knew it’s gonna be late! And no reply for email for 2 working days???
Lack of customer service

A very easy ordering service and a fantastic quick delivery. Very competitive prices for the American magazines that I was looking for, and I will certainly be using them again.

Easiest of ordering processes, and the quickest delivery ever to my address.
From order late afternoon one day, to delivery the following morning by the postman - perfect!

It's easy to manage and extend subscriptions, been using Newsstand for a couple of subscriptions for about half a year now, and haven't had any problems. Everything has been delivered correctly!

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes a little bit of time to get the magazines. But Newsstand is alot better than many others on this too.

These guys are great, and the service they give is second to none

Very satisfied by the products condition and the service. The magazines were dispatched without anh delay, and although there was delay due to pandemic conditions in international mailings (Item were delivered to Greece), the company's response to my contacts was very helpful.
