Lovely customer service! Got a magazine stolen on its way to Norway, and Newsstand sent me a new copy right away free of charge!

Always use Newsstand for imported American Sports Magazines, among others.

Great customer service, friendly staff, Superb prices and very fast postage.

The mag selection is second to none, feels like how a real newsagents used to feel.

I have been using for over 10 years and will continue to do so for many years to come, hopefully.

I can't Recommend them enough.

Fast reliable service and only too egar to sort out any problems. Only one of a select few on line companies that I am prepared to give my recommendation too.

Newsstand says they have paid VAT to EU, but since there is no evidence of it for the Customs, I´ll have to pay VAT again. Newsstand refuses to tell their IOSS number, which I could announce to the Customs and avoid paying VAT.
Latest issue of my subscription has been released in early days of March, but it has never arrived.

Always provide a fantastic service. Have been using them for years (but especially during covid lockdowns) and have never found their business to be anything less than first rate. Great choice, exceptionally prompt delivery and very reasonable costs.

Two issues went missing and there was a no quibble extension of my subscription. Everything was handle speedily and to my full satisfaction. First rate customer service.

I have been ordering magazines from newsstand for almost 7+ years and I am beyond satisfied with the customer service they provide.

The option to buy single issues is just perfect for a collector like me. The prices are incl. postage and very affordable. Especially compared to other webshops or resellers.

They reply quickly (usually within a day or two, but any response within 3-4 days is quick imo) and always offer a good solution if needed. The communication with Newsstand.co.uk is A+++

One of the safest webshops to buy from. I keep coming back to them if I need a certain magazine.

I'm super impressed with Newsstand's customer service. I made a couple of mistakes with my order and they sorted it all out in a prompt and friendly way.

I have now used Newstand on a few occassions. I have always received my order, in a quick time, and always received in excellent condition. A friendly customer service, i will always place my magazine order with newstand now. a very happy experience.

I was really impressed with the service and choice of magazines available. I used Newsstand after I had been gifted magazines through the website and thought what a lovely gift.
I had been very tired when ordering for a friend and had written the wrong address resulting in them not being delivered (as the address didn’t exist). I contacted Elina Petrusevica (Customer Services and Supply Team Supervisor), who couldn’t have been more helpful. It was my mistake but she very kindly had all the magazines re sent out to my friend and even recontacted me to ensure they had arrived and my friend was happy with them.
Would 100% use again and very impressed with the customer service, goes a long way.

I signed up for a single issue of a specific magazine and waited, only to be sent the subsequent issue instead. They did issue a refund, but if I'd been aware they weren't going to deliver the right one I could have sourced it elsewhere. With the delay I now won't be able to get a copy.

I ordered one single issue without any problem. The delivery was a bit long (several weeks) and I did not know that if I will receive it or not.
In the end, everything went fine and I know where to come back in the future.

Ordered December 2021 issue of Gardeners World but they sent me November issue. Three messages ignored. Will file dispute with PayPal if this is not resolved. I would avoid this company as ignoring customers and not sending out correct items ordered seems to be common practice. Will order elsewhere in the future

For a third time now this company has let me down over a magazine order.

Had to chase last order up advised unable to get magazine I ordered and was on hold they never even contacted me, just kept my money, the thing is I know people who ordered exact same magazine days after I ordered and they have received theirs!
Now had to open up a PayPal claim to try and get refund.

I would order someplace else if you don’t want to be left disappointed!

Amazing level of service. I had ordered 2 magazines to be sent to my sister, but had only entered her address against the one order. But due to me putting the same gift message on both orders, I had an extremely helpful email from Jonathon asking if I meant for both to be sent to the same address, it had been spotted in the warehouse. So due to some very diligent person my sister will receive both magazines and one won't be sent to me! I don't often write reviews as service is as I would expect, but this was above and beyond and definitely deserved a good review

I have used their services for many years and have never been disappointed. Delivery is fast, prices reasonable and when there is a problem - though extremely rarely and not on their part - it is solved quickly and hassle-free. Definitely recommend.

Sorry to have to give only 2 points . Reason being that I was hoping that they will sort out the problem and not ask me to do it .
I took out a subscription for a magazine to be sent to Germany . I paid a lot for it as it included all the extra charges now we are not in the EU anymore .
Well my daughter had to pay an extra £7 per copy when they arrived .
At first I was told that Newsstand will refund the charge and sort it , but that is not happening now and I have been advised to take it up with the German delivery service myself .
Thank you for cancelling my subscription .

Newsstand is one of few Companies only that will deliver to the EU , so good for them with all the Brexit problems there are .

Never recieved! Ordered two magazines for my nephew as he was having to isolate, they were never recieved. I chased up, and was just told to wait a bit longer. The post can be slow, but never over 2 weeks... This means could be lost or never posted, but i won't know as no proof of postage and no recourse...
