I’ve ordered from this website a few times now. While the first 2-3 orders arrived smoothly, I had some issues with my last 2 orders but your so understanding customer service handled the situation so well and was very much helpful. Both my orders arrived safely at the end. They kept the communication, which is rare in these kind of situations. So I’m really thankful. Thanks for everything.

Although the time to delivery asked a lot of my patience the magazine arrived well. During the waitingprocess I had contact by email with Newsstand for several times. The communication was prompt and accurate. They even refunded my money, which crossed the time of delivery of the magazine. Imo this is a generous attitude!

Newsstand was a new discovery for me. I really wanted a current magazine from the USA and after finding newsstand (Googling), I put through a very straightforward order and it was with me in two days. I'm delighted to find them and will use their services again. Highly recommended.

The magazine I ordered did not arrive. I called the customer help line who were very helpful. A replacement magazine was issued immediately without any problem. The staff where very helpful and made it a pleasant experience. I will use them again with no hesitation.

I had been sent a gift magazine subscription without knowing who had sent it. Jonathon really speedily gave me the information so I could thank that person properly. I thought my query would go to the bottom of the queue but it was answered the same day! I LOVE good customer service and Newsstand gets top marks from me!

Ordered a single issue of Guitar World magazine on Friday 19th February and it arrived on Saturday 20th February.
Fantastic service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use them again.

Fantastic customer service. The problem with my order was solved within minutes. Many thanks to Jenna who was very helpful and organised a replacement magazine to be sent out immediately. A** for her!

So far I have had over 100 orders and all have arrived within 1-3 weeks to Croatia. The last order at the end of last year did not arrive even after 7 weeks, so I contacted Newsstand. Although I did not ask for it, I received a refund. After that, the order arrived, so I asked to re-pay the amount I received as a refund. The answer was that it was not necessary, that I could treat the refund as compensation for the delay. (although not to blame for the delay, there was a disruption of postal traffic between the UK and the EU)
I think that such a relationship with the customer is very rare and I can recommend Newsstand to anyone who wants fast and safe delivery.

This site is reliable and the stuff is very kind, hard-working and helpful. I will use this site again if I have to buy another international magazine. I want to thank the stuff and wish you all the best!

Very poor service. Ordered two magazines before Christmas which were to be delivered in January– never dispatched. I contacted them twice and eventually got a reply which said they would contact America to find out what was happening (was happy with that), but never got back to me. I have asked 3 times now in separate emails for a refund. ALL have been ignored! Not happy at all, and are much better UK services out there!

UPDATE: Thank you for your reply. About an hour after I posted this review, Jonathon (Customer Services) replied to one of my refund request emails stating that a refund is being processed and should receive in my account in 3-5 days.

I ordered a magazine at the end of November 2020 on this site and received it on February 1st. In mid-January I was afraid that my order had been lost (I live in Italy), so I contacted the staff via email, who proved to be very helpful and constant in responding. Especially in this complicated period, I therefore advise you not to be alarmed if your order is delayed (a refund or a replacement copy will be sent at most). I take this opportunity to thank the site managers again and wish them good work!

For many years I have ordered copies of a favorite English magazine without problems. Recently though when a copy didn't come at all, I asked for a refund. Customer service was prompt, very courteous, and my refund was much earlier than I expected. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. In the USA, it is hard to get European country magazines if you don't live in a larger city. The ability to get a subscription or a single copy is wonderful and they even have a service to alert one to issues about an area of interest.

I messaged them about my BTS Esquire order because I wasn't sure when it'd arrive. Customer service was incredibly fast to reply and very kind. I accidentally ordered the wrong issue and they immediately fixed it for me assuring me that my copy will be sent out soon. Very friendly service and fast too! I can only recommend!

So happy to find this site. Customer service is excellent and nice to read magazines from The UK.

Ordered months ago and still have not arrived. No email no explanation. Beware.
