Neptune - Bury St Edmunds Arvostelua 

Great in store service from Bury St Edmunds store. I had ordered online and then saw the rug colours in store and changed my mind. They helped cancel and reorder the new one without any issues.

Had a lovely time mooching around the shop, was left alone to browse all areas. Ended up buying paint samples and a rug and then online ordering another rug and mirror in the sale.
all in all a great experience and also a helpful and patient member of staff.

If you are slightly obsessed with interiors, this is a great store to visit. Always lots of creative ideas and something new to see. The staff are really helpful and fabric swatches very generous so you can see how they would look on chairs and sofas.

Very unhappy that Neptune are to close their Home Design Department. Over the past 2 years I have used this fantastic service extensively and still have an ongoing order and planned to use this service for future projects. To pull the rug on this service in its entirety is unbelievable.

A really nice shop with a lovely atmosphere and ambience. Lucy was very helpful and friendly. Delivery was first class and the crew were very respectful of our property. Overall a very pleasing experience and we are so pleased with our table.

We purchased a Chichester Kitchen from the Bury St. Edmunds store which was fitted in March/April 2024. I cannot speak highly enough of our wonderful kitchen fitter Steve who calmly and knowledgeably resolved some unexpected challenges. He together with Emily our lovely designer have delivered our perfect kitchen. The quality of the cabinetry and the overall finish is excellent.

It is always a great pleasure to visit Neptune, especially the Bury St Edmunds store! I’ve been shopping there for many years. The range of stock is absolutely beautiful and the staff are always so lovely and friendly. A big thank you to Angie is always friendly and happy to help. Bury St Edmunds Neptune shop is beautiful, it has wonderful items all immaculately presented. The staff are absolutely fantastic, so kind, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It’s always a joy to visit the store and come away with another lovely Neptune item for my home.

I attended a mood board design workshop held by Jane at the Bury st Edmund’s store. Jane was very welcoming and brilliant for any experience as being a beginner myself she gave me so many tips and design ideas that I could take away with me. She listened to my ideas and helped to enhance them with her expertise. I cannot wait to create my room from the designs we created and I will definitely be back in store to collect the items I need from Neptune. There was the perfect amount of people on the course for Jane to give enough time with each of us and plenty materials and photos to take away with on the mood board. Thanks again

This is my 2nd workshop with Neptune. Both have been amazing fun and extremely useful. The designers, Gail and Jane, are hugely knowledgeable and both are a delight to spend time with.

It’s fascinating to hear what the other participants are at the workshop to achieve - and because we all have the same aim, we enjoy each others company.

The whole morning is such a positive experience and good value, I would highly recommend the workshops to anyone.

Can’t wait for the next one!!

Last Sunday I visited the beautiful Bury St Edmunds store and found the experience delightful. I want to update the furniture in my dining room and the honest advice given by Sarah was excellent. Her expertise and product knowledge was second to none. Having gone home and discussed the options with my husband I will be returning to the store to make some purchases.

Lovely light and airy shop, fabulous displays and products however, the icing on the cake, are the staff, friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile that is why we keep going back.
