Neilson Active Holidays Arvostelua 

Overall a really lovely holiday - the location is gorgeous, the staff are lovely and the food is great! just a few niggles that could easily be rectified and make this a 5 star holiday - I currently rate it 4.7
the flight times to /from Manchester/Dalaman are horrible - Coupled with a delay meant arrival into Dal was at 1.30am - then having to wait an hour for the transfer to the hotel, 90 mins away, is not a great start to the holiday.. same at the end, having to pay 40/75 euro late check out and haggling for a lunch / packed lunch from the hotel is hassle and leaves a slightly sour taste. These are tiny issues that could be smoothed out easily by Neilson and just requires communication with the hotel. The only other issue is the music - Cooks Club Adakoy says on their website, they're all about the music - this is barely mentioned by Neilson but every day at 4pm the DJ starts - don't get me wrong, the music is actually great, but it's loud and its relentless! there's no chance of getting away from it, you can hear it in your room, at the beach, everywhere- so this couple, av age 60, is leaving slightly knackered with the feeling of clubbing in the 90's! We are clearly not the target market for this hotel, but nevertheless, everyone wants R+R - just turn it down a little and start at 5 maybe? Also if you get a room directly above the gym - move! it's extra noise!

Easy to do on line - the price was pretty eye watering though- a lot more than last year

Booking process is very straight forward, pricing is all up front so you know what your paying from the start, picking your type of room again straight forward and you can see what any upgrades are costing. A simple process and having holidayed with Neilson a few times before I know the holiday will be good as customer service is excellent

This is our 10th year of booking with Neilson and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

La Toviere is a great location for the lifts and for skiing the vast areas of Val d'Isere or Tignes. The hotel is really well run and the two evenings of entertainment during the week were fun, inclusive and very social. Good choice of food , imaginative and well cooked. La Daille is quiet with no nightlife but ideal for keen skiers

I had to make several phone calls enquires and all the staff o spoke with were both friendly and professional

The website is easy to use.
I liked that I was sent basically a provisional booking with a reference number as I had a query I wanted to speak to someone. She was friendly and helpful and as she’d been to Alana Beach was able answer my question from her own experiences

Such a professional outfit, with all the staff having knowledge of practically everything to do with your individual holiday. This is our second holiday in 2 years and it won't be our last.

Neilson are a first class company and the service they provide is excellent.
We will be returning for our third family holiday in July.
