Neilson Active Holidays Arvostelua 

Easy to book but I did know where I was going as I stayed at he resort last year.

Our first Neilson holiday and pretty much everything about it was brilliant, plenty of activities, evening entertainment and the staff are all so friendly. Loved it that much on our last night we booked to come back in 2027, can't wait

We have had several Neilson holidays and enjoyed every one of them. This was the first time at the Sardinia beach club and I'm sorry to say we won't return to this one. It did not deliver the typical excellent holiday that we are used to from Neilson. However the coaching staff were great although we didn't see much of them around the resort. We have already booked a Neilson holiday for next year but not to Sardinia.

Rebecca took payment, double checked everything we had booked, checked with the airline regarding my dairy allergy and promptly emailed me with the best way to inform the airline. Such good service with peace of mind.

Cosmos Hotel offers the best experience in activities both on and off the water. The staff and instructors are all of a high standard and work very hard to meet your personal needs and experience. A very well done to all at Nelson, year on year 👍😀

….preferring to wait around and chatting to each other rather than helping people. No helpful solution to our questions around booking things because of a payment processing problem. They clearly weren’t interested. Five or six of them sitting around joking and muttering to each other. It made us feel like we were interrupting their holiday. I’ve been on a Neilsons holiday before and it was pretty good and the guys were so interactive and helpful. These guys are just on holiday themselves and def don’t want to be put out by us wanting to try and book things. Not a great experience.

Our week in Vounaki was fantastic,all sports were great, the food was excellent, the best we have ever had at a Neilson resort. Staff were so helpful , especially the Greek bar and restaurant staff. No wonder the return rate is so high, we book for 2027 whilst on holiday!
